i (american) lived in nz for a year and i regret not vlogging it or recording more just because it was so amazing and i wish i could literally look back on it but it probably would’ve taken away from the experience! glad you have something for yourself to remember that time
I understand not wanting to post the vlog, but could you talk about your planning process? I've always wanted to do a month-long solo trip, but I don't even know where to start to get the most out of it and not just wander around aimlessly.
The trip sounds like so much fun! As a Canadian I find it so funny that trips to the US are seen as 'exotic', when here Australia or New Zealand are usually the coveted places for month long trips. If you go back, I'd highly recommend New England and the Pacific Northwest
If you ever come back to US, you should check out Powell’s Books at Portland! I had a quick stop there when I did a road trip through Oregon and the vibes were immaculate.
Probably don't go to Florida bookstores if you don't want to see how little books they have (with all the book banning and all.) Glad our Queen is alive and well!
Lily apologizing for not posting for a month - how quickly we forget our roots

I can definitely talk about this in a future vid if people want to hear it :)
Montage music is perfection.
Thank you!
New England has sooo many good bookstores and libraries. I live in Vermont, and everywhere you turn theres another little bookstore, I love it!
@@JulEnglefaris sounds like a dream!!

I used to work at 5th Ave BN. If you come back come on down to Raleigh, North Carolina. We’ve got a few cute bookstores around the area.
