I am little late but well. So honestly idk. I would agree, but if u think about it after all he went through being alive sounds to me like a pretty painful thing. personally if so many close to me people died and id end up pretty much alone id rather be dead (like hange (this one seemed to hurt him the most tbh), erwin, his squad, most of his friends are dead) loosing so many friends and being the only one alive makes it more tragic imo. I suppose it depends on how u see it. i think a bit happier ending would be dying and reunting with everyone, i feel like it would be more bittersweet (kinda like hange, it absolutely destroyed me emotionally but i dont know if there was any better way for them to go, and the fact they got to reunite with everyone made it a bit better and im glad (i still wish they both got happy ending and live together as hange wanted to do. Why they cant be happy T-T)). The ending right now (as far as ik) is just very sad and tragic. I will definitely cry lol I think im thinking a bit too much help (Btw I only watched anime stuff idk much about ending but got spoiled few things sadly. please dont spoil me more lol)

Levi would have been fine if he never put a thunder spear into Zeke. His assumption that Zeke wouldn’t pull the pin and commit suicide was what got him almost killed. If you ask me the thunder spear was unnecessary because if Levi just kept chopping him up Zeke theoretically couldnt do anything anyways.
