    • @wvrjl
      @wvrjl ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lupinaocean4326- No. Just because he's a straight talker (which IS best - and I've been on the other end of that straight talk) doesn't mean he lacks compassion. In addition, it's not like they lost their jobs, requiring compassion from him. They just CHOSE not to pay rent after the first month - money they had (that's a push over). In addition they (she) "PERMITTED" him to stay in his own house, then cost him rent by kicking out his renters (some which were family) on the basis that they were buying the house. Of course, he should have never done that until the sales documents (for the house) were signed.
      WHY did HE need to feel compassion for THEM??? They who PERMITTED HIM to stay in his own house. SHE who kicked out his tenants (some family) thereby costing him rental income? They didn't lose their jobs, or get a horrible disease, requiring compassion. They just took advantage of him by not paying rent (that they had), cost him rental income by kicking out his tenants (and uprooting all those families - where is THEIR compassion??), then sued him on top of it! That is having no backbone.

I am in therapy and I really strive to be like the defendant in how I talk and treat people. But if I'm upset or wronged I literally have to force that lol like if I'm upset I'll take an hour editing a text so it sounds kind and calm. Wow! She didn't understand the ridiculous lawsuit that she brought against a family member who gave her, her family, and 3 dogs a place to live rent free.

    This family was homeless and then took advantage of family. This guy seems so nice. How dare she even bring him to court.

  • @shabless81

    Let me get this straight. In lieu of paying rent she was fixing up a house that she thought was going to be hers…. What was in it for him? And now that I guess she isn’t going to be able to have the house she wants both; to not have payed rent, AND to be payed for her work… maybe I should sue my parents for all the times I cleaned my own room as a kid now that Im grown and no longer using it. The term “entitled” is over used but it’s very applicable here.

    Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. They paid no rent, did a few things and never did finish cleaning the place, and she wants to sue HIM? I figure she owes around $11K in rent. Her husband was too embarrassed by her lawsuit to show up. She's a real piece of work.
