PLEASE NOTE ~ thanks to everyone who mentioned that AWOL Armaments is not generating Legendaries, I have now had comfirmation that the AWOL Armaments is not working as Bethesda intend it to, and will hopefully have a fix in the next patch. There should be a chance for a legendary Major Gutsy at the end of each wave of robots but for some reason this is not happening. Please keep this location in mind but for now unless you want the components that robots drop then skip this location until a fix has been implimented. Thanks 🙂
Ive found the Sheepsquach in Skyline Valley respawns somewhat frequently. I have a camp down there and everytime I fast travel home i check for him. He's there more often than not. Also, slightly to the north of the Sheepsquach is a park area. I frequently find Legendary ants or mole rats there.
yes, this is an odd spawn as it is not normally how the fixed spawns work as they are usually tied to the world, but it does seem as if you simply leave the area for long enough and return he also respawns!
@@GoldenGek I also have a turret camp on the same spawn point. Switching between private and public worlds. Refreshes regularly and on occasion get two legendary at once. A one star legendary and the sometimes the second one is a two star. 20 legendary in a hour without doing events.
I don't underatand the appeal of scarberry tbh, the tome stacks with lovers embrace from sophia or beckket and kindred spirit from the guitar playing wanderer that appears as a random spawn usually around the forrest region, all 3 of them give a 5% xp boost for 90 mins if i remember right and can be reapplied back to back all day by sleeping for 30 seconds or so in your camp, beds in shelters don't count, the ladies also have a easy daily quest that usually rewards a 1 or 2 star weapon too, not sure if beckett does that tho but the unlimeted boost potential for the sake of a little time to rest automatically makes them a better choice for me
since the tome was added, I agree that scarberry is pretty redundant. You will get the 5%xp boost anyway when you sleep, the lovers embrace or kindred spirit simply just extends the time it lasts for, which is pretty useful tbh ..... apart from if you die as this is then wiped anyway! I didn't know about the legendary weapon from the wanderers quests so will have to give her a go, only got rid of her due to her limited repitoir on the guitar! lol
Beast of Burden will give you up to 3 3* items. A 3* cultist spawns when the event starts, the Ogua will have a drop and sometimes you get a 3* like Holy fire as a reward.
yeah, westtek is the best overall for xp farming but it can get a little boring, hence this route just makes the farming a little more fun to visit a load of different areas. But Westtek def still has it's place :-)
Thanks for the video, i have done AWOL Armaments quite a few times and never gotten legendary enemies. I only do mainly to complete the kill robots challenges for atoms.
np, that is interesting as I usually always get at least 1 legendary Mr Gutsy or one of the Robobrains at the plant. Maybe I have just had good RNG there!
It does seem that way atm, I have submitted a bug report on the issue as the event should def have at least 1 legendary mr gutsy at the end but each wave should have the chance to spawn one.
Just a tip for camps near sheepsquatch. He is not big on company and makes a real mess of the camp... I moved a bit away because of him and other camps
Encryptid.... 5 modules, minimum 1 3 star, can be done solo or quickly, only downside is the 3h cooldown on public servers (the caps for keycard arent a real issue, caps are easy come easy go)
Good shout, and i did include it in the initial events but only a quick overview as a new player would need to do a fair bit before they can start the event. Cheers though 👍
@valentine4287 yes it's the same 3h(?) Coolsown, but if you go to start a Custom world and cancel that after a few seconds but before it loads, you can then go to private world and it's reset.
@GoldenGek eviction notice drops 20 3 stars atleast and radiation rumble gives atleast 19 consistently if you don't wanna fight scorchbeast and awol does have legendaries it's just very rare and usually are only one stars.
yeah, I mentioned events in the vid, but this was just a route if people didn't want to farm the events, daily ops, expo's etc. But yeah, always good to go to the events you mentioned as well!
Yep, that's why I've timestamped it, but I try to design videos for all player levels, so try to always give as much other useful background info that will help them out that is relevant to what I'm doing in the vid. 👍
You just described the worst ways of playing Rad Rumble, Eviction Notice and Test Your Metal... see if you can spot the pattern Don't camp with a Tesla at Rad Rumble, use a flamer and keep the scavengers alive, or run and get some ore so that bigger spawns with better enemies appear and you GET MORE LEGENDARIES Don't sit on the cliff with a cremator on Eviction Notice, get some Power Armour on and get in the middle, your pick up area will be wider and you will GET MORE LEGENDARIES Don't use a trouble shooters rifle at Test Your Metal, use a flamer because you have to keep the Brotherhood NPCs alive to GET MORE LEGENDARIES This is what XP farming does, it levels players up without learning how to actually play the game. No one at your level should be playing like that and relying on others to carry you through events
Thanks for the comment and insight, however I would disagree on some points. The video is designed to cover all player levels so at level 50 this would be a good way to be able to get involved and be able to tag as many legendaries as you can whilst also farming xp. In rad rumble, as long as you are keeping a watch on the scavengers you can easily switch to a medics flamer on the same build and heal people when they get low Eviction notice, not everyone will own a set of PA that can withstand the rads for a long time or even have a PA build and also you will have a far better range with the cremator from that point. At the start of the vid I explained my build and therefore the methods I have described are tailored to this build which does not use PA. In relation to troubleshooters, this is so that you can keep your distance as the bots will hit hard and if you are not in PA then this will be tricky. As before I would always advise to keep a medics flamer as a secondary weapon so that you can quickly switch for healing but also the downed NPC's can be revived so it is not the end of the world if this happens. My videos are all aimed at teaching people different aspects of the game and always include as much useful info that is relevant to the topic, but it's a complex game with many factors and builds that can be played in many ways. I will always ensure that when I am at events I do my upmost to help the events including using lunchboxes and banners to help others but different players play different roles. This is not designed as a PA build and that is the main reason I have given the advice that I have around the specific events you mention. Again, thank you for your comment, and I appreciate the advice and expressing your point of view.
@Barlofontain Hmm. Foor for thought RE: Eviction Notice as my wife and I play it differently. She Camps on the cliffs with the Cremator, while I run around in PA with my Fixer. We both acquire so many Legendaries that we never compare if one style nets more than the other.
@@GoldenGek I don't have a Power Armour build, I play as a bloodied commando, but I just have a set of power armour for particular events, especially Eviction Notice, because you need one to fix the scrubber whilst everyone else sits on the cliffs or spawn points. If I'm the only one down there, I will let it break just so you all die. The range I am talking about is the pick up range, not the range of the weapon. If you camp on one side of the play area you won't pick up from bodies on the other, so by standing in the middle and letting them come down you pick up whether you get shots on or not. When I play this on a private server with 3 or 4 people, we will get 30+ legendaries from a smaller spawn that you get on a public world, because we sit in the middle and don't camp on spawn points. Likewise Radiation Rumble, I have done an ore run and before doing the first corridor a scavenger has died because it Tesla city and no-one is doing anything but tagging. I've come out with a Holy Fire to revive the others, then gone to get more ore, but they still died. I've even done all four corridors, kept at least one scavenger alive, but didn't put the ore in because no-one else did a run, I then let the event fail. There were level 500+ players emoting question marks because they have no fckin clue what they're doing and don't understand how the event works... I'm assuming they run West Tek fairly regularly A Holy Fire will get you through Test Your Metal too, without power armour You can do any of the above with a simple set of power armour or a Holy Fire
@@keithcummings3260 It's not about style, it's about teamwork. Who would fix the scrubber if it went down? Someone else If you read my reply to GoldenGek you'll see how we do it on a private and how much more we get in comparison to a public world full of cliff dwellers and spawn campers We also don't use Cremators, or Nuka Launchers, because being over-run is part of the fun And when we Scorched Earth we do it in the nuke zone and keep the Scorched Beast Queen alive for as much of the 30 mins as possible. This will give you half an hour of absolute carnage as hundreds of enemies attack you from all directions, after which you level up several times, get loads of legendaries, plus 50+ EACH of glowing mass, hardened mass and high radiation fluids for making flux. When it is holiday/spooky scorched events, we will get 30+ legendaries and presents dropped, (the most ever was 42) in a single fight... I'm just about to hit level 1400 and over the double XP weekend I went up 55 levels, without a single visit to West Tek
@Barlofontain I love that advice! Ha - I remember the first time she and I participated in Scorched Earth. It was so chaotic she had a panic attack and said, "I am NEVER doing that again!!" We were new and fairly low level at the time. A few months later I come home from work and asked how was her day. She nonchalantly replied, "Oh... just killed three Queens; nothing too exciting..." 🤣
Thanks for the comment, I personally have no problem people using the Cremator at any event and of course, not spamming the weapon is best, but I think everyone should play how they want too since we all purchased the game. The adjustments made to the game make the cremator not so much of a powerful one shot kill weapon anymore so using it for the aoe tagging effect I see no issue with. Appreciate your point of view though.
@@GoldenGek oh hell yeah i fully agree with you we all want to enjoy the game and i do see the appeal of using the cremator in such events, like you say its the people who spam the weapon and use it for the use of griefing that ruin some events for the people
