Bullet shield is the new meta for the Gleaming Depths Sentry Bot. That with a vampire weapon makes you invulnerable. Once the shield is down jump on top of the sentry bot and switch to an auto-axe to finish him off before the room heats up.
I have a full set of reflective armor on my union overeaters, and can solo the robot. Don't even have to fire my gun if I don't want to get it's shield down. It's honestly so much fun.
Would this be useful as a form of damage mitigation, or more useful as a form of additional damage? I'm running an unarmed bloodied build, and want to know if this would help my survivability.
The reason you were dealing damage to his torso before the shield was down is because if you take down his shield and die, for some reason the next EN06 will ignore its own shield and you can just shoot his torso
I just find this legendary a lot of fun, it's what I run on my vulcan set now, 4/5 pieces of this and 1 piece of aegis is my current setup just to give it some poison resist (now that I don't use union) but might switch over to 2 pieces of aegis for it.
It’s a bit much, but if you use stimpaks at the right moment you rarely need poison resist, I only know because i didn’t have any when I first beat the boss
I'm not a data miner, so I don't know the answer for sure. Based on observation, it seems like it's pre resist/reduction damage, otherwise the super mutant with the pipe gun would take forever to die.
The Reflective effect says it 'Returns 10% of Damage Received.' To maximize this effect, would it be better to minimize damage resistance? Does the effect calculate based on the damage that actually impacts your HP, or the total damage before mitigation?
Would it work in level 4 of raids? Would it do damage because you can reflect damage to EN06 through the ultragenic shield so I’m wanting to know if it will do the same with the mobs in there.
I need one more mod to have a full overeaters/reflective strangleheart set. I’m also running a welded rebar mod for the chest. I let their blows break upon my body.
Would be nice to get %fuking% explosive mod plan, on my main...only on my alt, sunday i rolled 10k scrip on ** weapons 41 were explosive not a dame plan with luck set at 32.. the max i could get..for me its just grind grind....

I don’t care much for the damage deflected back, I just care for the fact that’s it’s a 50% damage negation for you 💀 it’s like having 2 emergency protocols
It doesn't negate damage at all, it only reflects damage back at enemies but you still take 100% of that damage either way with this legendary mod or not.

In All other Events outside of Gleaming Depths you are Invincible🤣

Yes, can you under 1 minute, don’t even need melee build if you have pounders on your auto axe

You can legit kill the En06 with a gat plas in 45 sec. You don't even need to melee but it is fun

He’s probably taking the shield down faster with the reflective mod than most people with all guns firing 😂😂😂
2 pieces of Reflective on my Troubleshooters cav strength Vulcan set. It helps with EN06s shield. Definitely boost the ttk.

2 reflects and 3 rejuvs on my Unyielding Excavators means i never run out of sprint or health and reflects forever
Surely you don’t actually have unyielding on excavators power armor?
My question is, does your resistances affect the outgoing damage. Is it calculated as the actual damage received or the mitigated damage?

Until you get 1 shot and you have to restart the raid
It only works on power armor, so there's only so much you can do to minimize resistance. I don't know when the damage calculation is done.
He's probably asking to ditch the troubleshooter effect

Do you know if the Reflective effect works with a vampires weapon held like the Ricochet perk does?
The first hit from an enemy will trigger vampire's but further attacks will not. That's the same way it works with Ricochet now too.

It wasn't something I could test since I was solo. I would assume it doesn't work since they are immune to melee damage.

It would just deal 10-20% damage vs 50. Always good for tagging though.

We live in a good era for creating AFK builds. I hope there will appear some good instance where one could AFK eternally spawning enemies.
