interesting theory: maybe Ainz some hidden stat to do with intelligence that is doing some work for him even if he doesn't fully understand what he's doing. Its just like when your character in D&D has high intelligence that affects certain aspects of the gameplay.
Like him being undead n not caring about human deaths even though he was one human. I like that theory tbh, could be like a gut instinct but more like a genius sub conscious that influences alot of his decisions without realizing it
You think when your MC has intelligence and you do an action that requires high intelligence and you don't know how it was done, all you know is that it happened because you have high intelligence.
This is the same theory thats been going in my mind after reading volume 10. Its like having a stand in jojo but you dont know you have one but that stand keeps on helping you in any situation. This theory could be right because of his passive ability to calm down when hes overracting
Interesting thing about that is that, it is believed or theorized that he is actually incredibly intelligent without knowing it himself. So when he does stuff, sometimes without even any planning, it ends up being an incredible thing that ends up being a net win for him and Nazarick. Some say it is his class, Overlord, some say it is the skill Dark Wisdom that he possess. Either way, very cool :D

The Dwarven Kingdom Volume was always my favorite read ever out of any book. So many good jokes, so many vivid descriptions of scenes so I could actually imagine the whole landscape, great plotlines, so many funny characters and interactions with them, Runecraftᵀᴹ, the artworks, and, of course, that amazing feeling of an actual adventure. I am very satisfied with how the anime handeled it all despite the bad desicion to make it this short, most of these elements were kept and it makes for something I can't help but watch multiple times
The wildest thing about this book is that, with the detailed descriptions and the occasional artwork of the landscapes and such, once the anime came around i got the feeling that i had already seen these locations and scenes, despite this being the first time it was animated.
A little detail that was left out is the reward for Zaryusu. Ainz wants to give him a set of armor as a reward and also a gift to celebrate the birth of his child. Its nothing much but it will impact the negotiation albeit not that big. You see, the forgemaster that was tasked to craft the armor ran away with the ingot. The dwarven council members' asses went full meltdown. They thought it was so important because it was so rare they even dont know what is it when in truth, its just around lvl 50 and Ainz wont mind.
Yeah, as soon as the council showed up, I started wondering which one was the forgemaster. Gonna be majorly disappointed if they leave the mountains without that plot point ever coming up.
Sometimes I just wish Ainz and the floor guardians could communicate more and be more open and honest, but on the other hand, I can also relate with Ainz and wanting to keep his true motives a secret
I appreciate you putting these out in such a timely fashion and still keeping that quality we expect from you. Just wanted to make sure you knew we appreciate it :)
They're definitely increasing the pacing a bit so that there are more episodes for the Vol 14 content. At this rate, it looks like about 6 episodes are going to be dedicated to it which is great. Means that the volume with that content will be more developed and less rushed(hopefully) since they alloted more time to it. Makes sense since Vol 12 and 13 are not animated yet so they are probably going to re-write some stuff to justify what happens.
@@TrevorPhilipsIndustries007 Right, but it is coming out after the end of the season which is why I’m saying they will have to rewrite stuff in order for the jump from vol 11 to 14 to be justified for the events
@ Plague True, but the only reason supplies are being transported through the Re Estize Kingdom is to provide humanitarian aid to the people of the Holy Kingdom after the events of Vol 12-13. So they will need to either imply the events of the movie had already transpired via a time skip, or they would need to create a new reason for why the shipments are even in Re Estize. I like how ainz is just doing this so in case he needs it it's ready and now demiurge fully believes ainz saw this whole centuries ago and actually placed a trap card at phase 1 only to be activated at phase 522 😂
His actual biggest fear would be the Floor Guardians realizing that he never had an actual "Grand Plan" and is not as wise as they think. Although they would probably not betray him unless he really messes up with some characters, since they regard him as a god.
Because in the new world you basically LARP for real, and become your avatar and your flavor-text backstory, and combined with his *'Dark Wisdom'* , might actually be guiding Ainz/Momonga-sama's actions subconsciously.

The reason why Ainz took Aura and Shalltear was not only because they were the most free (though this was important as there was no way he was going to take Albedo and Demiurge from their tasks), but because Aura's beasts would be excellent tanks and distraction if they needed to prep a retreat and Shalltear's 1v1 ability would be valuable against players.

Your skipped content videos are what pushed me to go and read the overlord light novels and I do not regret it in the least! I am currently at volume 15. So much interesting narration and inner thoughts are left out in the anime, It's kinda crazy that It holds up as well as it does.
I think you miss the part when Ainz asked the dwarves about what kind of rare metal they are mining. Ainz thought to himself that if the dwarves were mining prismatic ore, he would immediately invade the dwarven kingdom and take it over rather then trying to establish any relationship. Luckily the dwarves were only mining regular “rare metals” such as adamantium.
I really like the theory that while the inner monologue (momonga) isn't too smart, Ainss is (the personality that has been born of his morph into his character, a concept shown through the fact theres the emotion control and Ainz doesn't care about human lives anymore
So, it wasn't just the celestial uranium mine. They had taken 7 mines which constituted the equivalency of a Guild Dungeon. These mines had more than just celestial uranium. They did get more than one, as well, and it was at that point other Guilds knew they could keep creating this world item, that they lost one of the 7 mines from the use of the World Item. Since they needed all 7 mines to be able to do the necessary ritual (letting the ores rest, in a magic infused area, without any interference for about a year,) they gave up on the rest of the mines as the materials were useless otherwise. They held them ONLY so the other guild couldn't get any caloric stones.
Overlord is just like a story of how Ainz accidental success and a small bit of preparing made him the ruler of the world. Demi sees this as an absolute genius part of Ainz the supreme being.

I used to listen to your videos back then, but I was deployed for almost a year and I had ofrgotten about your channel. But its good to come across this channel again. Keep up the good work.
Since you went little into the talks about Yggdrasil's end game ores I can't help but wonder if you will might be planning on a video of that by itself. The idea is both frightening yet exciting for some reason.
I'm already loving gondos character despite him only being introduced recently. They really nailed his emotional faith in rune crafting. Day 47 of asking for a grand assassin Hassan servant review
I didnt even realize until now how similar the main protagonists are in overlord and shadow of eminence in how they're portrayed 😆 its no wonder I love both series
"if a person as average as Suzuki Satoru" I love the excessive humbleness. The dude solo farmed the upkeep and defended the guild dungeon of a DEAD guild in a massively PvP heavy game sitting on highly valuable and sought after uniques that even though Nazarick was impenetrable, it would have made him a target for griefing to wear the place down by making members quit. He is in no way an average player. He's a one man guild.
I subscribe recently and this is very interesting I love it how you involve each volumes that I don't read but it's good to know what's in each Episode. I hope you continue doing this because this is fun to watch. 😁👍🏻
Just wanna say that I look forward to these videos just as much as I do the anime episodes. also, at this point (episode 5 or 6) does anyone from nazarick know about the demi gods/descendants of players?
While the preparation phase that seem to make up for a full episode was cut out I don't really mind it that much since I imagine there is quite a bit S4 is intended to cover and they only have 13 episodes of it. But then again, all that was skipped over tend to be inner thoughts in Ainz's head which again can't seem to be coverable in anime format aside from the personal intentions Ainz has for the Sorcerer Kingdom be a utopia for all races. Although that messenger meeting with Kyuku regarding extremely rare ore could be added in although Ainz would have his look out for rare minerals anyway.
Even if Ainz finds a player, I don't think they'd be much of a threat, each of the floor guardians are as strong as a player. Multiple players though.....
I wish rival players were a thing here. Imagine Ainz having to face one of the people who bullied him and his pals back before they formed their guild.
Actually, that's exactly what he worries about. He is making his kingdom for all 'races' so that he can show any hostile players that Nazarick isn't just about genocide. Just a few players is fine. He is worried that they might rally lot of other players as a 'just cause' to take down Nazarick. He took lot of precautions for this. In the side story pleideas day, a very important detail is revealed.
You know I'm starting to wonder because I am an anime only. but I'm fairly curious does he ever meet his fellow players from the game. or is it more of a hope that won't ever come true.
@@MiGujack3 it's not that I actually wouldn't. but I can't really pay for it right now and I feel guilty if I try other means. if you catch my drift maybe I'm too much of a nice guy.

The worst thing possible aren't even players but World Enemies and World Item: Seeds of the Erdtree. World enemies have can be above level 100 and Momonga's guild was almost destroyed while fighting 1. It is considered that you need 36 level capped players minimum, it is somewhat better when you got World Items. While Seeds of the Erdtree are most definitely out there and could potentially give anyone unimaginable power through race change by becoming a world enemy.
One thing worth pointingout is that in the anime Albedo says the words making the kingdom do the same before the Empire were to become a vassal saying that Demiurge thought that the Empire would only submit themselves as vassal after the kingdom were to do the same first but in the novel that was never said instead the term destroy or subjugate the kingdom then see the Empire submit themselves as a result so the anime is suggesting the Sorcerer Kingdom desires the Kingdom to make themselves a vassal but heck no that's not the case 😂
Maybe the LN or manga counters this, but I have to wonder whether Suzuki Satoru is genuinely an average player; or just has really low self esteem and so is convinced he is despite actually being one of the best players in Yggdrasil since there was probably no way to tell.
It’s just that he understand estimates himself. Don’t remember where it was said but with enough prep he can defeat almost anyone, except lord touch me of course
@@someguyy194_2 So it is a mix. He knows he is weaker than most max level players, so he is overly cautious until he sees how they fight. He is smart, its just that he is lacking in some areas while excellent in others, just like people in real life.

I'm not exactly sure how common it is but spoiler. surkshana from the 6 great gods is also an eclipse overlord.. but if it's common then the information to counter it circulates pretty fast I bet. I can't wait for the season 5 announcement and to cover the Elf kingdom!
Season 5 will probably be the last season. Since the movie will cover the holy kingdom and then Elf Kingdom will be 1 season and then the final volume(s) will probably be another movie.
@@TheRedAzuki sadge.... need more OverLord
I just started reading the LN after last week chapter since I felt I didn't have much. Don't regret it a bit, Is so fcking good.
Illustrations are also Gorgeous,
the style of the artist has become one of my favs.
Can't wait for the next arc
and the introduction of Evileye 2 and The Holy Kingdom.
edit: damn
Where did you buy them or find them?
Can't wait for another supercut and cut content
Yes I needed this understanding.. thank you man. Bless you brotha
Hi I haven't really commented on your videos, or i dont think I ever did but the back ground infos were so nice to know. I used to listen to your videos back then, but I was deployed for almost a year and I had ofrgotten about your channel. But its good to come across this channel again. Keep up the good work.
Ainz casually/accidentally conquering a entire fucking empire
Ahhhh I'd say more like making it surrender preemptively. xD

Fair enough
Imminent destruction and "coincidence is a scary thing" put the fear of god in them
He may be worried the runecraft may create weapons that are an actual threat to him and Nazarick, so taking control of it makes sense
So exited just purchased my first sucubae hoodie for my bday :D amazing content btw it’s like watching overlord all over
This man really does fall upwards in every situation
Since you went little into the talks about Yggdrasil's end game ores I can't help but wonder if you will might be planning on a video of that by itself. The idea is both frightening yet exciting for some reason.
I'm already loving gondos character despite him only being introduced recently. They really nailed his emotional faith in rune crafting.
Day 47 of asking for a grand assassin Hassan servant review
I have read up till the recent novel but man nothing is less content when it comes to overlord
I didnt even realize until now how similar the main protagonists are in overlord and shadow of eminence in how they're portrayed 😆 its no wonder I love both series
That was one absolutely awesome video. :D
Keep the videos coming!
Yep, still one of my favorite type of videos on YT 😂🙏...love 'em! Keep it up♥️
Great video as always
"if a person as average as Suzuki Satoru"
I love the excessive humbleness.
Ainz: Hello friend
Jercniv: I submit to you great intellect
I subscribe recently and this is very interesting I love it how you involve each volumes that I don't read but it's good to know what's in each Episode. I hope you continue doing this because this is fun to watch. 😁👍🏻
Just wanna say that I look forward to these videos just as much as I do the anime episodes.
also, at this point (episode 5 or 6) does anyone from nazarick know about the demi gods/descendants of players?
Might wanna add a spoiler warning in the middle there
Keep making overlord content ... 🔥🔥
I wonder if he'll transfer power over to one of the floor guardians by the end of the LN.
He’s immortal so I don’t see why he would
I wish you would go into all the details of the encounters still! I’d watch allllll that
Thank you for the great video.
Seriously I love these
Man next ep is tmrw!!! looking forward to ur next vid
Great video !
Overlord Rules Forever ♾️💀
You know I'm starting to wonder because I am an anime only. but I'm fairly curious does he ever meet his fellow players from the game. or is it more of a hope that won't ever come true.
Why not actually read the novels?
@@MiGujack3 it's not that I actually wouldn't. but I can't really pay for it right now and I feel guilty if I try other means. if you catch my drift maybe I'm too much of a nice guy.
@@DJMichaelMcClain oh my you sure are morally righteous lol. What's the author gonna do knowing they didn't get the few bucks of Mr djmm from TH-cam? Sleep well you kept your purity by not reading the hard work of the author
The author once said there wouldn't be any other players alive, so there's pretty much no chace of it.
He deleted that post recently tho
@@r3dgl4r3__ To be fair, if they are an undead race, then they technically aren't alive.
great ep @AniNews. Plz continue Arifureta season 3 has been announced to be production.
Albedo, stealing Ainz ring so he can get locked out of his kingdom: Oh boy oh boy what’s the magic word
I dont know If I am more Fan of Overlord or your Channel covering it in Point.
I like ALL of your videos, you do a great job.
Do you make all these alone, or do you have a team?
Damn I love this channel its save me time from reading the whole novel
I really like the supercut!
Thank you very much for the video
We better start making Book of Grudges memes when we see the Dwarves.
It's been years but every time I see that white lizard I feel a certain way....
Love the videos brother
There was another cut scene, wasn't there? Ainz giving the Dwarven Council a yggdrasil metal?
I live for your videos
If anyone’s keeping up with the light novel, there is a fan translation of 15 that’s over seven hours long
love these videos keep it up
The worst thing possible aren't even players but World Enemies and World Item: Seeds of the Erdtree.
Thank you 🙏
We always overlooked and underestimated Ainz because of his sheer dumb luck in the new world. But his *bone daddy batman*
Ainz's intelligence is actually very underrated imo. People often call him pretend king who undeservingly enjoys the fruits of demiurge's masterplans.
King opm and ainz owl goul be like : what's happening here? Everyone else: whoa such wisdom fearless overwhelming aura
Can we get a soulslike overlord game 😫
I'd even take an rts
There’s a Skyrim Overlord mod apparently
@@N120Xeno I hope someone makes nazarick in elden ring as like a mod that would be bad ass
Maybe the LN or manga counters this, but I have to wonder whether Suzuki Satoru is genuinely an average player; or just has really low self esteem and so is convinced he is despite actually being one of the best players in Yggdrasil since there was probably no way to tell.
He has a role play build so he lacks the power to properly combat others who wanted to power game without massive preparation
It’s just that he understand estimates himself. Don’t remember where it was said but with enough prep he can defeat almost anyone, except lord touch me of course
@@someguyy194_2 So it is a mix. He knows he is weaker than most max level players, so he is overly cautious until he sees how they fight. Then he takes the knowledge and his incredible prep skills to forge equipment, weapons, trinkets and all sorts of precautions for round 2, thus always winning due to being able to counter everything. He is smart, its just that he is lacking in some areas while excellent in others, just like people in real life.
He is good with battle tactics, but doesn't have unbeatable power against the true high level players.
He is a great player, but his build..isn't so great with pure pvp- its maxed out just for roleplay. That makes his job class details quite common..? I'm not exactly sure how common it is but
spoiler.
surkshana from the 6 great gods is also an eclipse overlord.. but if it's common then the information to counter it circulates pretty fast I bet. The reason he could be really effective on battle is because he is diligent, cautious, and also learns quite a bit of off-handed skills that usually isn't found on his class. Well at the end of the day, he has limits to what he can do about min-maxed players like touch me and other mid-top tier echelon of players in pvp.
