To do the secret you have to go back and do the chaos control button you tried pressing , because It didnt work because you didnt have all deaths or wins before the end of your playthrough

The way the credits look are pretty much exactly how they are for MGS5. Plus MGS5 being the newest one would mean it is the one more likely to be referenced.
