I signed up for 2 of their watches and was super interested at the time due to all the positive reviews. Fast forward 4 YEARS later, and I got email notifications that it was my turn to buy. I had completely lost all interest by that point. Hard pass.
I’m still on the wait list & probably in the same position where I might just look elsewhere. There are so many options out there, that any brand taking buyers for granted is digging their own grave.
Took me about three years to get all four but then I ended up selling my Vanuatu and Komodo and even made a small profit. Khuraburi is big and bold and the Miyako the most refined and for me these two are the best of the range. Helm have now increased production numbers so the wait lists have come down to about a year or so.
Finally you said it correctly "Vanuatu". Congrats, Rob, ha ha Awesome watches. I have one Vanuatu and it is 205 grams on my wrist, but super toolish and cool looking watches. thanks Rob
Owned a Kuri. Not overly impressed with the bracelet but overall nice watch for the $$. Have heard there may be some type of field watch in the works which would be interesting to see.
Funny you talk about Helm today. I'm expecting my fourth this week, an orange dial Komodo, and wondering if you thought an orange camo StrapHabit would match the color? If you've seen the tint... Would love to find a fitted strap but hey, eventually.
I received my Komodo black dial yesterday. Six months after my Vanuatu SS. Still impressed with the quality of these watches/price. Happy Holidays to all. 🥂👋🇨🇵
My Vanuatu Ti is a great beater watch. You don’t pay until your name is called. So I just sign up and forever about it…the. The email comes and I decide then. As for an NH35 dive watch, it still is a great watch. I’ve beaten mine to death and it’s still great, for me, worth it.
Woah that's a whole lotta Helms on the table!! Dad Joke Alert: "Captain Rob is helming quite the fleet of watches there!!" 😆. I got on the Helm waitlist for all of their available-at-the-time models, and then for every subsequent release too. I naturally proceeded to totally forget all about them. Fast forward to late 2022, when over the course of three weeks in December, through sheer coincidence, I shockingly received the Helm emails that ALL FIVE watches were available for me to purchase!!! It was a Helm Christmas!! I'm only missing the Ti Khuraburi now. Even more hilarious is that in early 2023 I received yet another email from Helm offering me a second Titanium Vanuatu, because I think I must've signed up for that one twice by accident (read: drunk lol). I told them as much and said to just give that spot to the next person on the list. They're not an everyday wear by any means, but when you're craving a big, ballsy, chunky diver on your wrist, NOTHING will suffice but a Helm!!! Happy Thanksgiving, Rob!

I have 2 and they’re phenomenally good, I don’t mind waiting
This is my first time hearing about the brand. Thank you👍🏾 Nothing makes me want to jump on a waitlist, but they look like ver adequate dive watches.

The wiat list would be shorter if they didn't send handfuls of watches to reviewers 😂
I have two Helm watches and they both stopped working within a year.
It took 2 years for Helm to get to me on the waitlist. By that time, I had lost interest.
😮
Same here
Same...
LOL Khuraburi, a watch with Thai name (อำเภอคุระบุรี) is even cheaper than Thai watch, Wise
I got my Helm Khuraburi this years and I wear it every day. Easily my favorite watch of my collection.
Hahahhahahhahahah😂😂😂😂😂
@BR81-iv6lt what's so funny?
Talks about scarce supply - has 10 of em on the table

I love my titanium and wish they had more options.
They make one from 💩
Got the email for the Vanuatu this past week. I actually forgot that I was on the list. Pretty excited for it to arrive
I just joined one of the lists, im # 5121.

I owned both Vanuatu and a kuri, both black and white. Love them both. 😊
i waited 2 yrs for my khuraburi
the hype is real

I waited 2.5 years for a white dial Komodo. To be honest, it was worth the wait. Thanks Rob for another good vid. Happy Thanksgiving Brother.
Did you buy the one made from 💩
I currently own the Ti Vanuatu had several but flipped them to others who would also enjoy them.
I own a Khuraburi. Love the watch. Since people wait forever for a Rolex, this should not be a big deal.

Why such a boring long comment?
