Wow guys, you both did amazing job from the others showing that you guys have done before and now 👏 well I just want to let you both know that I definitely understand about the older couples house. Because living in the USA 🇺🇸 that you had worked 💪 so hard your bodies and your health become at risk. So the primary bedroom downstairs is a good idea and the washing machine in the kitchen that says alot about how long they have been Here in the USA 🇺🇸 🤔 Thank you guys for them.

I'm young too, but I also refer having my primary bedroom downstairs and keeping the visitors' upstairs away from my kitchen 😜

Washing machine in the kitchen is a bad idea in such a big house IMO. These UK apartments only do that because of space constraints. It's not something fancy to have it in the kitchen. So for such a big house, it's a shame they put the washer in the kitchen. From experience, the detergents and scent from the washer when it's washing is not pleasant...definitely not suitable for a place like a kitchen. Build a separate laundry room/space away from the kitchen.

Personally I think the land could have done more looking at the size, apartments at the back and front instead of one big house. We tend to waste land in Ghana. I live in a 14 2-3 apartment and it's on just 1 plot of land here in UK.
Not everyone wants to have tenants in their private home.

Hello guys very proud of yous doing your thing💪🏾 However the washing machine in the kitchen is a NO NO, secondly no one (at least myself) have no need to walk sideways in and out of a washroom unless I was living in a New York apartment 🤣 especially in a home am building. I personally think that more effort could have been be put in the MAIN bathroom for a more Luxurious look. Dokdimon has always been very good at giving dimensions of the land and each room he enters ( please continue doing so, thank you) since this gives us a perspective of the size of each room. Would it be at all possible for you to give us a rough idea of the price to build and finish so we may know what we can or cannot afford. I am currently looking for a builder to start my project in Feb. How may I contact you please. Thank you again.
