You have to have a home inspection before you buy a home in the America also. I will never buy a home without a Home Inspection.

This brother is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! I bought a house two years ago in the US. It’s an old 1942 home. I did not get the sewer line inspected. It cost me $12K USD to get the sewer and water line replaced. I should have just paid the $400 for a plumber to put a camera through the whole plumbing system BEFORE I signed on dotted line. Would’ve saved me thousands of dollars.

When buying land in Ghana you don't own that land if you like to see 99 years it is not yrs the second thing is you need people like this man to inspect the houses because the majority of the workers are shabby workman ship every time I am there I go and watch them very carefully u need some one from Europe who knows how the world is done we call that snagging

If they was to design the house properly that you would take into account sun rise and sun set there would not be any issues the building are not designed with air flow windows should have some over hang all of these things are not taken into account what they must do in Ghana is to look out side of Ghana look at how the arabs design there homes natural air condition is the best plant 🌲 s around the house so that the trees keeps the house in shade it is this simple

A lot of these REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS in Ghana are SCAMMERS.,. There have been many victims who are now speaking out. TH-camrs should stop promoting them.
