In the cover pic I see uniform stacks of boxes to the ceiling. This is particularly unstable if the boxes are PBO (packed by owner). Overall, not terrible.

Movers are not responsible for objects in transit only for house & objects condition while being loaded/unloaded. And furthermore if the owner does not buy the 5$ safe load fee (protection against damaged items in the case of loading) it doesn't matter.

Screwed themselves up adding a plant pot halfway through the load all plant pots or plants should be last as they take up the most room or very delicate!

At minimum level of loading efficiency, the silk plant should be removed and wrapped in a paper pad then top loaded across an even tier.
