8:45 I can't believe the patience and care being taken. Every time I've moved I just bull through it as fast as I can and then wonder why half the items are broken when I arrive. This shows the importance of taking your time, doing it right, putting in the extra effort, and caring about the things you are moving. Great job guys!
They are working their asses off...learnt tons watching this ...thanks boys!!! I KNOW they are looking forward to that cold beer..I am already and I haven't started yet!!
I guarantee a lot of the negative comments are coming from our European brothers.. if ok for the criticism, but do it with love. Explain how you would’ve done it different. Great job guys keep pushing. Take that negativity and turn it into a multi million dollar company.💪🏾💪🏾
Will try that next time, just use to method that I was taught from day 1 but will Try It out. Thank you for your feedback if you got anything tips to helping make packing easy by all means don’t hesitate
Facts that was my fault it’s when your trying to think of everything and how’s it going to fit but I been doing so since I been told that’s it’s the easiest way to protect the mirror big cushion makes sense thanks for your feedback always open for more
Why does uhaul recommend putting heavy items in like appliances first? But every mover does the exact opposite...also thanks for sharing the video, got a lot of insights on using space efficiently
With every move is different, there are times I packed starting with the big appliances first but I like to pack with small boxes going to medium boxes large boxes and then mattresses dressers nightstands shelves if there’s China, couch, dining room table, patio table I believe heavy stuff will hold all the fragile stuff that I put at the beginning of the truck I like to put everything fragile in the mom attic of the the uhaul to ensure protection
Boxes in attic, front of truck (upper compartment) should have been tied in place. Headboard and footboard go in first, then mattresses. Place glass table tops or mirrors between mattresses. Tie these off to keep in place. Then, heavy items like dressers and nightstands must go in next for proper weight distribution. Boxes on top of these stacked to ceiling. Fragile boxes on top. Then tie them in place, then place more items. Couches and chairs are lighter can go toward the back. Tying items in place every three or four feet ensues the load will not shift. This video should be titled how NOT to load a truck. Save miscellaneous objects and luggage for last and be sure to have a long shackle padlock to secure your things if you are traveling cross country. Remember you are carrying a lot of weight which means your truck will need more space for stopping, as well as turning, so do not tailgate and slow down and watch your side mirrors. Never back up without a spotter. A moving truck full of lots of weight does not drive and stop like your car. Use common sense.
This is so wrong I can't even begin. Don't waste peak (attic) space with cartons. Use it for fragile/light items...All that open space is wasted $. You shouldn't be able to see the tier in front. We were paid on weight & mileage. And you pay for any damages to your load. So high and tight is right. These folks couldn't make a living in an actual Van Line setting. Way too loose and sloppy.
Some people just want to superior without offering advice just to be Aholes. You did a good job Steve. Don’t let some Dbag try to rain on your parade. This dude bragging about being a furniture mover for the majority of his life. This a real flex there 😂
As a 25 year plus mover before retirement I gotta say, there is no such thing as a professional mover. Throughout my moving career, I learned something new everyday and would never even work with someone who called themselves a professional mover. With only seven years experience, you are still considered "green" by guy's like me.
The absolute BEST video I've seen so far. Thanks for posting it!

Stuff still breaks....:(

Here's a tip - place that large mirror between the mattress and boxspring.
Will do sometimes in the heat of the moment I forget cause I’m multitasking trying to play Tetris in my head trying to make everything fit
I was thinking the same thing.
I cannot thank you gentlemen enough, I wish I had a quarter of your patience, knowledge and acuity!

We used to hold the bedding until the last possible tier to wall off the load
Will try that next time, just use to method that I was taught from day 1 but will Try It out. Thank you for your feedback if you got anything tips to helping make packing easy by all means don’t hesitate
Watching how much time it took them for the mirror, they should have put btw the mattress and box spring on the soft side,,
Facts that was my fault it’s when your trying to think of everything and how’s it going to fit but I been doing so since I been told that’s it’s the easiest way to protect the mirror big cushion makes sense thanks for your feedback always open for more
Why not just put the mirror between the mattresses?
Your 100% right I should’ve, it would have protected the mirror way more. I didn’t notice it at all, good eyes.
Exactly... Tvs can go there as well if ya know how to work it in right
There's definitely times I could use a few lumpers.

You put heavy stuff close to the cab . Because the further back you go the more likely inertia will cause the piece to move around
Heavy items go in front fur proper weight distribution.

“Professional mover” 😂. Did you get your masters in moveology of did you go all the way and get your PHD?
