Honestly it makes TOTAL sense! What our bodies need to survive and thrive *should* exist in nature, and I bet it feels way better to rely on real foods than bottles ;)

Exactly! We could definitely cut down on the medicine we needed if we ate foods like these more regularly! Thanks for watching Jaden!

I wondered about the interaction of Kale and Spinach and blood thinners. I will discuss with my Doctor.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and live in chronic pain and fatigue. Ant specific veges you recommend for me?

Most fruits and vegetables can offer some benefit. However there are anti inflammatory diets that people can try. I’d ask your rheumatologist what would work for you. Hope that helps!

@@DrZainMD I did adopt a gluten free, dairy free diet two months ago and it is super hard as my eating was very order out/ fast food type. Also gave up my 2-3 daily diet cokes! I notice some improvement ( especially as I have chronic GI issues too). Sugar is hardest for me to give up and rheumatologist says that causes inflammation.

We should definitely try to minimize them as much as possible

I agree with that, life isn't risk free.
