Vinland Saga is not for everyone, I guess. First season was only the first arc of the whole series, it was never meant to be a typical shonen manga. Even if the second season hadn't existed, the whole story, the original work (the manga) would still be the same. If you don't like a manga/anime that does something different for once, then go watch any other action anime.
Thors only mistake which became a lesson for me is,NEVER THROW YOUR WEAPON OR GAURD DOWN IN FRONT OF YOUR ENEMY.Your enemy may not have same thought as you
