Thanks for the comment! Yes, I did manage to get it working. I had to create a new SwitchBot account and link the lock to that instead. I can now use with Home Assistant Bluetooth Proxies, which has been much more reliable and quicker to unlock than using the SwitchBot cloud API.
I know know for sure as I don't have that lock, but looking at a picture online I would say I will NOT work. It looks like the bit you turn would be too wide. The SwitchBot lock is more designed for something that rotates in a circle rather than pushing down if that makes sense.
