Hello. How do you make the fermented vegetables please?
This recipe looks like a great way to get creative with plant-based protein! Im sharing this gem with my fellow vegan enthusiasts, come check out what else you can whip up in your kitchen
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but is this really vegan? I ask because you used Worcestershire sauce in seasoning the soya chunks and one of the ingredients in Worcestershire sauce is anchovies.
You can get the vegan kind at health food stores
@@kay-vs6vt I know that you can get vegan versions of Worcestershire sauce at health food stores; I just wanted to know whether the content creator was aware of anchovies as an ingredient as well as informing well meaning people who may prepare this for friends that “off the shelf” Worcestershire sauce may not be vegan.
Just substitute soy sauce or vegan stir fry sauce👍🏽
Stewed soy chunks looks like vegetarian food 😀
