    This dish is fantastic! I added a bunch of mushrooms because I thought they were on the recipe. Glad I did. Turned out awesome and my teenage son loved it too! Thank you for your easy fun instructions. I’m loving adding new dishes to our routine.

    I've been in love with Tteobokki noodles since the Mukbang where you made the soup using Gochujang. Now I'll have to try this one too!

    I made this Alfredo with the ginger/garlic paste cause I was curious and.... a revelation. So good. You don’t taste the garlic it just adds more depth and brightness.

    So delicious, thank you Rose!
    Made it with broccoli, edamame and bok choy, deglazed onions with a splash of soy sauce, added the Samyong ramen spice package and chopped up sausages (Vegane Grill Knacker by Vantastic Foods are great if you're in Germany)

    Uuuh your tteokkboki recipe is a staple in our household(we have it with mushrooms and chinese cabbage and tofu for optimal nutrition) so we will have to try this one! I thought we d be using rosé tho so only slightly disappointed :D

    Uh I have rice cakes in the fridge that need using up, this sounds perfect!
    Edit: ok sadly I can't have this since I have a nut allergy. I think someone said you can use sunflower seeds in recipes instead of cashews, maybe that could work? 🤔

      I've made vegan cream sauces with dairy free milk and vegan butter as a base, cauliflower as a base, and even beans as a base. There's definitely lots of nut free alternatives if you look for recipes

      You can make it without the cashew sauce!! Or make it creamy by making a roux 😁

    I like using cannelini beans instead of cashew (yes, i’m too cheap to use cashew) to make rosé teokpokki but i also add vegan cheese at the end w/ kelp stock powder.

      @@saxenart Yeah it depends on where you live. Areas that high high korean or even just East Asian populations often have little shops with these in them. But when I lived in an area that was primarily polish/german population, or even South Asian population, I could never find them. It will heavily depend also on the type of shops around too. I've experienced this both in small towns and big cities. But yeah, there are definitely more places than not where accessing these would be difficult if not imossible. I have a few friends who live in an area where they can't even get really normal/standard vegan options at the shops. It's wild.
