I’ve also got an autoimmune disorder that where my body fat is wasting away including my face. But before this happened and I was younger I was still 5’9 with a small frame that I couldn’t fill out clothes with so I couldn’t show off any kind of serious male physique shape because I couldn’t fill out clothes. I also had a below average weird looking face I wish I got surgery to try to fix when o was younger.
