You didn't deserve it my friend. Proud of you and the courage you have for putting yourself out there like this and sharing your healing journey. I know all too well what it's like. Be kind to yourself. You probably got off at the earliest real off-ramp that was available to you. Only Superman can read an upside down and back to front map, written in the language of Krypton, whilst driving blindfolded, facing the wrong way and living a full and complex life. The signposts you would have seen were never the full picture. Be proud that you managed to figure it out when you did, and had the courage and fortitude of your conviction. Many don't manage to get that far. You can stand tall that you did and that you are now offering others a glimpse that they can do it too. Your cup brims and is flowing into the cups of those who need it. 👍

It is hard you’re right brother. I’m working on that day by day . Trying to forgive myself for having manipulative people that I thought were friends and yes the regret sucks . But at some point if diaspeara and you learn from it . Stay strong my brother
