If you dont upgrade Skifs Pistol, It costs nothing to repair it. add a silencer and let your other guns do the heavy lifting. Make use of the silencer, Use AP ammo and aim for the head.
the unknown stalkers AR416 is not worth using or repairing early game as the cost for repairs and upgrades are expensive and 5.56x45 ammo is super rare inside the Lesser Zone, it does get more common around the midland like Garbage but by then, you should have made enough money and saved up some ammo for it with holo sight.
Haven't played STALKER 2 yet. Waiting to pay some taxes. HOWEVER, I am a veteran of the first STALKER game(s). With that said: Sometimes you might enter an area where enemies use and/or drop a specific ammo type. If you want an easy time keeping your ammo stocked, use the same caliber weapon that they're using. However, you might be moving about quite a bit and thus this doesn't seem entirely possible, so make your own stalker cache/stash outside of an area that contains the weapon of the proper caliber and a starter stock of ammo for it. When you're done in that area, head back to the stash location and put the weapon and starter stock's worth of ammo (or all of it if you want) into the stash. This lets live off of enemy drops more easily, especially if you're constantly changing your weapon to match the ammo being dropped. Other things include specific suits/gear for a location, so if an area has high radiation (for example), you might keep radiation medicine and a suit better capable of withstanding radiation. There's a reason stalkers stash gear in locations, and you can too.
I totaly get why people save, then check out what the different choises do. But i always in games like these, live with my choises😅 Part of the fun in immersion myself, otherwise there's really not a choise. You just min/max the best outcome!
I've managed to sell key required for the main quest. (on xbox) Thankfully there was a workaround to skip this part. But after that, I got another key and if I sell it that will be the end. :)
as i went in this game blind i knew nothing but i did find out on a save after loosing my first one due to it not saving in the cloud all the loot you get in the start you can put in the small safe and when you go back there you get all the gear that was not quest gear back
When hunting artifacts unequip all of your gear, its cheaper to use more healing items than repair gear. Cant take credit for that tip, i saw it on Reddit.

There are bugs so you may need to reload a part here and there. Dont go in thinking fallout or farcry either. Think dayz as far as combat and how you move.
@@WarAuthority Funnily enough, the only bugs I encountered were ones I had in Far Cry 5. After loading a save and things popping in, the game got a bit laggy and one npc was half in the ground. And Veheloth is right, reloading or periodicaly restarting the game fixed that easily.
Found shotguns rather pointless and waste of weight. M860 with magazine, full barrel conversion with slugs only is okish specially against mutants. (Magazine is a game changer as skiff reloads so slow you can take a nap). The toz, or even worse this sawed off thing I found utterly underwhelming. Anything big easily takes 2 hits without issues and anything small... Well you are stuck reloading over and over. Just got a rhino that is just so much better then even a m860 with a mag and slugs.

With that said:
Sometimes you might enter an area where enemies use and/or drop a specific ammo type.
Man I wish it ran this well for me. Such a good game.
I totaly get why people save, then check out what the different choises do. But i always in games like these, live with my choises😅 Part of the fun in immersion myself, otherwise there's really not a choise. You just min/max the best outcome!
I've managed to sell key required for the main quest. (on xbox)
Thankfully there was a workaround to skip this part. But after that, I got another key and if I sell it that will be the end. :)
3:07 wait a min.. damn bro did even flinched !
Nuts go on the end of bolts. We aren't throwing nuts around.
He wasn't talking about the game
as i went in this game blind i knew nothing but i did find out on a save after loosing my first one due to it not saving in the cloud all the loot you get in the start you can put in the small safe and when you go back there you get all the gear that was not quest gear back
I have a m10 Gordon extendo mag in my pistol slot that absolutely melts if you hit your shots close range
When hunting artifacts unequip all of your gear, its cheaper to use more healing items than repair gear. Cant take credit for that tip, i saw it on Reddit.
I haven't played Stalker 2 yet but how's the Knife in this game? In the original trilogy the Knife was heavily overlooked but was an extremely powerful tool at the hands of experienced Stalkers. I remember swiftly killing Bloodsuckers and Snorks by chasing after them offensively and stabbing with the Knife.
It's tied to stamina now so it's pretty bad.

"it has a holder on the bottom" Lold.
Guys new to first person shooters, let alone stalker. Even his display picture screams fortnite.
These are really shit tips and things that people figure out within the first 30mins of gameplay.
Previous stalker titles especially.
30mins and roaming around fully.
Everyone's high spec rig is crashing my gaming laptop has been handling this game like butter on toast perfect also I can tell some peeps just got into stalker it's nice to see
I really hope the guys that made the stalker anomaly mod make one for this
If you grab the gun and kill promo you can sell the icon for 1500 coupons to Hamster.
This game is amazing. Yeah, it has a few birthing pains but as an og fallout fan, horrigan rocks, and stalker fan the bugs in no way ruin my enjoyment. Save alot lol. There are bugs so you may need to reload a part here and there. Dont go in thinking fallout or farcry either. Think dayz as far as combat and how you move.
it''s much more closer to far cry 2 with a fallout/half life-ish world. much less forgiving as well.
@@WarAuthority Funnily enough, the only bugs I encountered were ones I had in Far Cry 5. After loading a save and things popping in, the game got a bit laggy and one npc was half in the ground. And Veheloth is right, reloading or periodicaly restarting the game fixed that easily.
@WarAuthority dayz players will own the zone...
@WarAuthority it is dayz/arma/vigor with farcry...
So...teabag the anomalies. Got it!
Is there a way to get more health for your bar I'm getting wrecked out there lol 😂
"Nut everywhere" homie those are bolts not nuts...
Hi everyone, here is my video about literally just how to play the game.. No tips or tricks, just everything that you're going to know from just literally playing the game. Have a good one.
so how do you switch firing from auto to single? cant find it. also how do we switch between the medkit and bandages using the fraking q key? i can barely play and am really hopping the devs get some stuff fixed really soon.
Seriously hold the q key or tap it, to change them drag them in the inventory, I can't remember the button but I found fire rate changed to my mouse buttons as well as round change, other wise stand in a safe area and tap buttons, I'm a controller user come on dude
What can you do with the red damaged weapons ? Are they completely useless and just throw on the floor ?
You can repair them if you want to use the gun. It's not a good idea to fix them then sell them
@ so unless I want it, just throw away ? Ty
Do NOT carry 67 loaves of bread. Dont ask me how i know.
Missed one big mistake: Buying this pile of buggy garbish
On Xbox series x no Bugs except for audio sometimes. It runs great, i didnt knew you could get such graphics out of console.
Loading time is a bit long im used to 5 seconds max, but cant complain about it with this graphics
Nuts? Clearly bolts. 😂
best tip yes is missing - mod the heck out of this broken mess of a game.
Art-efact
The only major mistake i see is buying this uncooked trash
nice video, slow down when youre talking!
My best tip is to not meta game. Save at fire places and settlements, on log ( mem leaks are almost useful that way lol ) and after 3 or so deaths to the same dam controller.
It puts a bit of fear and survival back in the game that complete save scumming removes.
I wish I could run my game lol so much lag and frame drops
Everyone whacking Pomor.....
Too much slow walking in this game
lol nothin new for Vets like me
Bolts......not nuts, bolts 🤦
Walker 2: the heart of Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Number one thig to avoid. Playing this game.
Don't buy it, then you won't have that problem. I am enjoying the game.
