Thank you for this video. Your videos have helped me during my 1st ever CF open. As a noob starting CF back in late aug, your channel has been huge for me, also a master's athlete (soon to be 44). My goal for this workout is to get my first chest to bar and hopefully bar muscle up if I make to that round. Thank you again! Also, my biggest takeaway... BREATH SON!! hahah
I’ll be suiting up with belt, lifters, knee sleeves, grips, wrist bands, head band, eye patch, sunglasses, breastplate, and shin guards. And it’s still gonna be rough. 😅

@@JasonGrubb I did my first of 18 chest to bars. I’m so happy. Only got 38 reps but my first chest to bar is all that matters to me.

What's the right amount of water to mix with element, do you drink all before workout, and how much time before your workout do you drink it?
I just put it in about 1.5 cups of water before a workout! 30 min prior
