Here’s a good tip I just learned. If you go into a “Mission Threat lvl 4” area without help or skill, be prepared to feel like you just dropped the soap.
If you ever decide to ditch the supercruise assist, one of the ways I go through supercruise is by throttling at 100% towards my target (unless there’s a thing in the way) until the timer hits about 7 seconds, 6 also works better ish but is scarier, then you throttle down to 75% which you can actually bind to its own key, so you can keep the throttle at 100 then hit that key and let go of your keyboard. Doing this at 6 seconds is a bit better because it will keep the timer at 6 seconds the whole way through, but 7 is safer
To save time docking on a carrier, I just put 4 pips in shield, boost full speed into the pad and then dock, works great for large ships especially, as long as you have decent shields.
I did not know you could make an NPC undock, nor did I know about the AFMS repairing in power priority order. That makes a lot of sense why the modules it chooses to repair seemed strange!

Ah yes, a "landing pad integrity inspection"!
just don't forget to get landing permission first :p
I miss the canopy freezing in Odyssey when deploying a heatsink.
Still does it for me
This is a great video! You should consider doing a few more. Really helpful, even for veteran players.
