Charles my man! You are seeing more and more Capeoria kicks in MMA....sure the traditional Capeoria stance is not in MMA but those kicks are hard to predict! I am trying to study the art now, but there is no gym in my area so I am doing it online because I love the Art that originated in Angola and then used in Brazil :)

Capoeira is utter dog shit. So A kick that is used in many arts including Capoeira is the spinning heel kick works....it doesn't mean the art is good
