There is no time for a tap it's just a hard reap which either hyper extends the elbow or externally rotates the shoulder to a compromised position. It's banned in freestyle wrestling. Adding a little "pep" is a bs excuse. They both seem like idiots but Orlando takes the 1st place prize.

I trained with him for a seminar back when I was 16 training bjj .. he taught us dirty moves to win grappling matches .. he taught us to do subtle elbow blows .. in side control .. he taught he to look more aggressive and literally how to get away with striking our opponents during naga bjj matches ..

If what Orlando said was true and he was talking shit to him and other members of the team along with hurting other people in other academies than Sean had this coming to him. Don't go into an MMA gym and talk shit. You'll be humbled. Sean is an elite level fighter so not many people can put him in his place so he's probably used to talking shit and getting away with it.
You're not suppose to intentionally hurt people, you're suppose to care for your training partners. But there are exceptions to every rule. A lot of gray area and it should be taken on a case by case basis but I don't see a problem with being rougher with a shit talker.
Orlando did this move with cruel intent & to try to hurt him. The speed combined with the intent is what makes it "dirty".
