Indian economy is predicted to become the 3rd largest economy in the world by 2030. The reports of the IMF say India will become the 3rd largest in 2028. Morgan Stanley's report says India will be the 3rd largest economy by 2027 and the Indian stock market to the 3rd largest stock market by 2030. This video explains how India will surpass the $5 trillion GDP mark and overtake Germany and Japan to become the third-largest economy in the world. Even though Indian economic growth makes India the 3rd latest economy, India to achieve its full potential by exploiting its demographic advantages, there are many challenges such as unemployment, lack of employment opportunities, small manufacturing and export industries, gender inequality in the workforce as well as in the Indian society etc. All these problems are explained in this video.

Am not an economics guy but I think the easiest way for us to achieve this is by the following steps.
Step 1: moving most of our population to manufacturing sector and service sectors..
Step 2: since the other 2 sectors developed more people will be in the above 2 sectors..then for the remaining people in agriculture sector improve the agriculture sector.
So the farmers will choose
1. Food cultivation
2. Cash crop cultivation
3. Energy cultivation (solar plants)
4. Or flex fuel crop cultivation
Since the number of people who produce same crop got reduced farmers can claim fair prices.
Step 3: once all sectors develop increase tax on returns of every sector and provide pensions and other retirement benefits.
Once the tax is increased a single person in the house will not be able to satisfy thr financial needs of the house. Then the woman population will also have to work.
Tax increase can be done at any stage but provide exception to the agricultural sector as most people in agricultural sector are uneducated and women might not be able to get a job even if they try
