So nice to see these little creatures being treated properly. No diapers or clothes or hitting them or trying to make them human. The money donated being used to encourage their natural survival rather than for a captor's luxury. Thank the universe that humane people still exist.

Does Acorn have a thyroid issue? Just kidding! She is living her best life! Plus size is the right size! Thank you so much for showing us the detail of Dora's journey and how much work and preparation it really takes in order for a successful integration. It's easy, but it's difficult, isn't it? It also must be bittersweet for all of you. You work so hard and are so dedicated. We so appreciate you sharing the monkeys' journeys with us. Take care, and I hope you are hanging in there with the travel restrictions. (I was finally able to re-up my membership donation amount to what it used to be- hooray!)

Thank you for sharing this amazing experience with us I know I have learned so much, but my main lesson is that they don’t belong in homes and I always wanted to get a monkey and knew I could give it a good home full of love, certainly much better then you see on some of these TH-cam videos but know I know better then to get one regardless of how much love & care I would give it they belong in the wild. Thanks to your videos I know better and try to help spread the word when I hear someone else is thinking about getting monkey as well.

Going toward baby season I become delighted and wait day by day for the first ones, then am saddened when the last join their troop and we are done for the season. This year, however, there were so many babies and so few volunteers that I actually feel relief for you in this part of the season ostensibly being over. Certainly with so many immunizations [if that's what they are] being given out worldwide, surely by next baby season more volunteers will be allowed to travel from their countries and join you there. We will pray so. Thank you for another wonderful season!

I think that turning them upside down is not only used for grooming but to get them to detach from their nipples. Mothers and babysitter aunt both also do this to make the baby let go of it. Pulling away makes the baby clamp down harder, this way the baby opens its mouth on its own.

Yes, there is a video explaining the whole process. I think it was Season 2... If not Season 1. Kyle (who used to film & do Narration) is the one who did it.

I believe 3 months is the age in the wild when they normally start to become a little bit more independent of the mother. The importance of this is that they need to leave the mother to get their milk from the feeding cage. How it was explained anyway.

Thats not really a nice thing to want, that means you want a mother to have her baby kidnapped from her for your enjoyment and to force a baby monkey to live in captivity for the rest of its life in an unfimiliar environment, probably dressed up to resemble a human infant - really thats just cruel and selfish - rather volunteer and help and see why fprcing a monkey to be a pet is not a good idea

@@VervetMonkey Yes, Thank You for your honest, and so Very True response! Monkeys are not pets, they will turn on other family members later on in life, and can become physically harmful to some people! This has been proven time and again, that monkeys are not pets! AND, because of human's selfishness, that baby's mother, and that baby, will suffer for the rest of their lives! Don't Do It!
