And my name on passport is my full name in the given name section. And my surname/family name section is empty. So in this form they need family name and given name os not mandatory. Is your program really a one-year program? If so, contact your school registrar and tell them about your concern with your transcript. They would know how to help you with this.

As I’ve mentioned, there’s no need to write anything on that part. Just make sure to validate your form and a new page of barcodes should appear in your form.

In my case, I completed my study in BC in April 2021, and now I moved to Ontario. I am confused if I should apply for PGWP with my BC address or new address in Ontario. It’s only asking for the highest post-secondary education, so you only have to include your education here in Canada.

I’d personally just write down my last job position in that same company and maybe explain it further on my LOE.

Hi, I’m not entirely sure. But since PGWP is an open work permit, there shouldn’t be any restriction to where you can work.
