Thanks Ricardo for the early look at this, quite eerie.
There are hostile Thargoids still around, mostly scouts and low level interceptors. Also, there are not multiple dead interceptors floating around from what I can tell, there's just the one...and it's perfectly in the middle of where Taranis used to be, which is weird.
I've seen multiple dead interceptors.
@@alexsabau5942 It's a very large debris field, so I could easily be wrong, but I spent two hours looking for more and couldn't find any.
@@devoutrelic1228It's really hard to find them sometimes, I swear I can only find them when I'm not currently looking for them lmao
After a while they start coming in, Scouts, Scythes, and I even killed a Cyclops, I heard the pulse wave scanner doesn't show any spots, but I was able find new materials by looking for discolorations on the wreckage.
I ended up using a Vette with AX multi cannons and plasma chargers (they didnt melt lol). You may want to use multiple caustic sinks, I used 5 with 2 heat sinks and a xeno scanner, was able to stay in there for like 45 minutes.

That pulse was the scan wave from an ortharis or scythe

Ricardos, that caustic explosion at about 4:50 was a scanning pulse from a thargoid hunter variant (probably from a scythe).

Sorry for the n00b question, but what do you actually do with the stuff that you scavenge? I picked up meta alloys and tissue samples. Can you sell them? Can you use them in engineering? I want to get rid of them because I don't have a caustic proof cargo rack. I didn't even know those existed until recently. Please help!
Some are for engineering , others are for what is coming... whatvever that is.you can store on a carrier if you have one or sell and make a fortune
