Read his autobiography before ragging on him, you'll understand what he has been through in life. You can't have a prolific actor and a flawless human being at the same time.
I am listening to it now Michael is the narrator. And it is very frank and a thoughtful look back at his life. I am not done but so far a good look at a complex and lovable man.
Michael Richards only ever had one shtick - the grinning confident fall down artist. His "comedy" was just that. He did a bit as an exercise expert on Carson (confident, fall down guy). He was on a hit show. His character worked. That doesn't make him a comedian or an actor or anything else. He's a one trick pony but he forgot that he was a one trick pony and tried a second trick and broke his leg.
The shaking falling down artist. He wasn't always grinning. And he developed it on "Friday's" on which he starred with Larry David. Fridays was an answer to NBC's SNL and produced several people like David and Richards. Many of Richards' skits had him in the same kind of persona as Kramer.

He’s so full of himself self on this show. And very funny
He’s an entertainer..😅 but this is a little stretched..
He sure looks more confident here than he did in the Letterman appearance.
Well, I wonder why!
He's never been to Mars, but he imagines it's quite lovely. G d d
Exactly what I was thinking! Gold…..
That’s not Michael Richards. That’s Cosmo Kramer lol
The guy on the fretless bass is good.
Kramer was definitely on the snow
He is best pointed in the right comedic direction with good writers. Otherwise he is simply unhinged
There is Michael Richards. Michael stay out of the Laugh Factory in the future lol
I predict he’s got a huge future at night clubs.
He did. What he said to that guy was justified.
I wonder how good the book is.
Its very good, I recommend it for sure!

I’m enjoying it very much!
Me too. He’s a talented writer.
Kramer, you’re Batman!!!
A kramer looks theres a kramer
40 years you had us all laughing our asses
So basically there is no michael richards? Just kramer? Mega cringe
I really recommend watching the michael richards show.
Ya know, if you hate yourself or something.
dropping an Angela Davis reference
This is how he should have appeared on shows he was the most boring guest
Those black dudes we're right...he's not very funny outside of Seinfeld.
He never has been comfortable being himself, always has to play a character
Not funny at all.
Only ninjas dnt like him
Cara chato e sem graça. Sempre tive atimpatia por ele como pessoa, e não suportava o Kramer
He was funny on the show, but he’s not that funny in person
That's what you call an actor 😂
He is unfunny racist. Without Seinfeld writing him a role he is a complete failure
This was cringeworthy af
I couldn't even watch it, other than clicking through a few points on the timeline to look at a few seconds. Embarrassingly unfunny.
@@BackwoodsFilms yeah it just wasn't right
@@davemustaki134 your funny or your not...he is not
He might be cringeworthy, and I wonder if Elaine thinks he's Spongeworthy?
😊😊
@@franknew9001 hahaha good call

he played an intimidating crook on miami vice, non comedy role!
Somebody is jealous.
@@cba4389 no, he's not jealous, he is accurate in assessing Richard's talent. so if i agree with him, does that also me me jealous in your evaluation?
It's called physical comedy & it's the hardest style to pull off successfully. No one called Buster Keaton or Charlie Chaplin one-trick ponies.
