To me the scariest moment is the whole infimary session when you research the stuff for Kulhman. The level is quite big and I discovered at this moment than even in a clost, the xenomorph can kill you. And the final session of the chapter with the alarm + the human... it's priceless. Alien : Isolation, the game you are the victim.

Why do you cut away before the alien delivers the bite? The sound of Ripley’s skull shattering and her brain getting chomped on is what makes the kills so entertaining!
shows how the alien is basically a floating dot with a skin around it and it when it comes within a few pixels away from the player then 1 of 3 death animations is played. you can see it by trapping the alien behind a door and it can still grab you if you go close to the door. its all based on distances, so even if you stand right behind it, it will get you even if it doesn't see you

I thought everyone already knew: you dont sprint at all in Alien: Isolation Somehow the noise ALWAYS seems to summon it (when it's actually present in the level)
I've seen speedrunners who do sprint alot on high difficulties. Basically they know how the two AIs work and abuse a weakness in their search algorithms.
