I had heard that quality cowboy boots could help with posture and therefore back pain, so I started researching them and that's how I found Chisos. I own two pairs and I have my eye on a third. So comfortable and so great looking!
I just got my number 2s broken in. Chisos are the most comfortable thing you can put on your feet. And just like the video says, my back pain is gone! If you’re thinking about getting a pair, stop thinking and do it!
Why did you "bleep" yourself when you talked about your insoles? Cushioning is equally important to me as support, and I was anxious to hear what you had to say.
@@ChisosI got my boots yesterday and they look fantastic and feel great. I'm very happy to have them and I am glad I went with the No 6 roper over the Tecovas Earl ropers. I did have a slight concern with the stitching inside, there was a section where the liner and heel counter meet that was missing some stitching like it had already been worn out or ripped out when tried on before I got them. I did email customer support and they said it shouldn't be an issue but it still makes me nervous that they will wear out faster than normal. Support also said if that does happen because of the torn out stitching then they will remedy the issue so we will see how it goes. I felt the customer support so far has been good and the boots like I said are fantastic other than the small section of stitching inside.
This is why I started waring Cowboy Boots is my back stopped hurting and my knees stopped aching and I’m 63 years old and I work 12 hour shifts 4 days a week on concrete…
I would be wary of using too much mink oil! You do not need to reapply every time you wash the boots. The oil will sink into the porous leather and won't be washed away by water.
Is there a reason no cork is used in insoles? I have flat ish feet, after a long day on my feet birkenstock actually feel amazing, they put my arch and feet back into shape.
We use a tanned leather instead of cork! Our boots are designed with relieving foot and back pain in mind. I think you'll find that they'll treat your feet just as kindly as any pair of Birkenstocks could!
I’ve just pull the trigger on my very first Chisos ( no.6 ). I was planning to buy it from your store but I never got a chance to get to Houston , so I got my wife to help me get it online. It will take a month. $ 600 plus $75 for shipping..I’ve bought true to size & hope it fits ,a 9.5. I have owned Red Wings . Santoni’s , RM Williams & Ferragamo . I know the value of a good shoe. Keeping my fingers crossed & hoping that it will be a winner.
@@Chisos- it fits perfectly. Obviously when it’s new it’s still adjusting & moulding to my feet. I’m a flight attendant & use it for work . I stand up straight now . Smells great & considering using Saphir to condition it. I hope that’s ok
Just received my ropers in black. Can’t wait to start breaking them in. Well made for sure, but just stop it with the “small hometown business” stuff. lol, these boots are making you a wealthy man. I’m not mad either, y’all go!
Howdy Wayne! Thank you for your purchase! While we sometimes appear to be a much larger company, we're only 5 employees total! I'd give our boots a try and see if they help! It's not a high heel which definitely increases back pain, it's a slight heel that shifts your weight forward and helps your posture! In flat footed shoes, most of us have a tendency to sit on our heels and slouch. The slight heel causes the pelvis to shift slightly forward, creating an active stance instead of a static one.
everything this guy is saying is wrong. zero drop will provide stability because your not balancing on a heal and cowboy boots even square toes do not alow proper toe spacing. you should stop being stubborn and focus on proper foot helath to eliminate back pain.
Howdy! I'd give our boots a try to see that we know what we're talkin' about! The slight heel causes your weight to shift forward, creating an active stance that combats slouching! Our wide toe box allows your toes to splay out as far as they'd naturally splay!

Heels actually throw all of your natural alignment off from your hips to your back actually increasing back pain.
