I felt better in the 90s drinking tap water. After 25 years I'm going back to good old fashioned running tap water!
Better to run it through water filters just to make sure, even our tap waters have microplastics

Tap water in the old time is good because our environment is not contaminated with chemical . So you can drink ! Now , time is changed ! Tap water become bad !
What about drinking from plastic cups then? Wonder if it is safe to drink from bamboo-made cups ?
It's not just bpa. Dont drink from recycled ♻️1 bottles. I drink from the gallons that are labeled ♻️2 because they are thicker and less likely to seep I to water but even those are causing me itchy and sore throat. I don't know where to turn next. I want to get a reusable copper bottle but where my source of water will come from, I dont know.

You could try distilled water look up videos how to distill yourself?
If you put a leaf of a calendula plant into glass/glass bottle of water in the sun after a hour or so it's meant to absorb impurities then you can take it out and drink the water . And don't drink the water on the bottom . Dosent hurt to try. You can try other edible plants too. 😁👍

Glass bottle water are safe
It's not possible to avoid from plastic bottles. Glass bottled water is 2£ per 1 Litre at the moment.

@Soumini Chakraborty in glass bottles. for example in Austria the variety is big and cheap. Not every country have it like that unfortunately. Moreover, We can make our juices with juice machine as alternative to water......

Use glass. Chemical from glass cups are less likely to leach into your water. Plastics are the worst. Never drink bottle water that is left in the heat

A copper or silver bottle.
A good Copper bottle is around 20-30$ .
Silver one is around 100-150$
Fill up the water and let it stay for atleast 12 hrs.
There are many benifits linked with drinking in copper and silver bottle.

The answer is bottled water in glass. i.e. Voss, S. Pellegrino, Perrier, Gerolsteiner, Evian, etc… in glass bottles.
