I recently discovered your channel and I am hooked. I love your teaching sytle. Hands down these are the best Sew Along videos that I've come across. You go in great detail about constructing the garment from the pattern stage, picking a suitable fabric, layout and cutting, the tools you need to complete the project and then giving very step by step visual instructions in making up the garment to completion.
I also like it that you have embedded useful knowledge into your videos such as showing us what type of interfacings are suitable, what kind of buttons to use etc. These Sew Along videos are great for beginners and learners like me. It's like a having a teacher in the same room as you. Thank you for your excellent teaching videos. Keep them coming. It would be nice to see projects using sheer fabrics (lined blouse), ziped jackets with or without hoods, lined coats, nightwear and sewing with knitted fabrics. I also love your bag making videos. You can tell how excited I am!

Thank you for this part of the tutorial. The “jig” is Genius!! I have strips made from a corn flakes box (don’t judge) to do hems etc, but placing the pressing cloth beneath is such a great idea 💡🤓🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hey cornflakes box is genius, I love using what's already on hand! I really like to use a piece of organza but it was harder to see on camera

This fabric is amazing! Any chance you know where it’s from?

I can't remember the manufacturer unfortunately. I got it at either Fancy Tiger Crafts or Blackbird Fabrics over a year (possibly 2?) ago. Obv I have a stash problem.......

What foot did you use for top stitch? Thank you.

That's my quarter inch foot. BERNINA calls it the patchwork foot (#97). Here's a link to all the types of patchwork foot they offer www.bernina.com/en-US/Accessories-US/Presser-Feet/Patchwork
