    I'm 28 & my B.M.I is 16.8. Unless I have my break fast in the early morning, I will get very tired and fatigued throughout the day. I have noticed this problem for the last five years.     I am diabetes my A1C tests in march is 6.2. Try my best to have good diet. But recently my feet get swollen inflamed legs how can I control it. I tried my best does physical therapy help?

      You are not diabetic. You are pre-diabetic to be diabetic you have to be 6.4 and up you still have time tray your best you can do it. Good luck.
