I edit the raw footage (I need a couple of days for every video I make),I add the location of the incident, I add arrows that follow cars to make the situation easier to be seen. I zoom in and out so everyone can see the action and many other things.

22:43 everyone knows that to pass a vehicle you have to signal, check that the other lane is clear, and then move entirely into the other lane to proceed. I find it funny that when the other vehicle is a cyclist people think they can just swerve around them at the last second, occupying both lanes (not giving anyone enough room) without checking their mirrors.
Or the indestructible barrier known as a bike lane. Even if they have a lane you should still keep a good distance because some paint on the floor aint helping
@@Leffrey GOD I hate that bike lines in the US are just lines on the road. In some cities over here they have dedicated lanes for bikes, but you know what happens? People just PARK in them! They're not allowed to but the cops don't bother ticketing them! And I don't understand why they wouldn't, it's easy money for the city and it discourages people from continuing to make life for people on bikes harder than it already is.

Flashing red: treat as stop sign
Flashing yellow: treat as yield sign/2-way stop without sign.
Traffic with the yellow flashing light has right of way, and traffic with the flashing red must stop.
I really wish I didn't have to say this as this is in most driver's manuals.

What other profession is there where you can have a badge, gun and Peace officer powers, get into a road rage situation punch someone get arrested and keep your job, only losing 5 days pay. Ridiculous. Also his charges maybe dismissed next year if he completes a diversion plan and stays out of trouble.

@@Blooest yeah well maybe some people should stay off their phone and pay attention to the road signs if they don't want to get honked at. The video also shows he had plenty of opportunities to turn because the traffic was clear. He wouldn't have dared punched that guy if he wasn't an officer, he acted this way because he believed he was untouchable. He clearly has no remorse not only for putting the public safety at risk with his distracted driving but also with his insistence that he should be able to press charges for "breach of the peace", when in fact there is no circumstance in the video that rises to that level and the cammer's conduct is clearly, and demonstrated through numerous precedent, protected speech under the 1st amendment.
@@ducewags The problem is, even if it was a layperson that hit him a prosecutor could argue that exiting the vehicle after would be an act of retaliation and escalating the situation since it was one punch and that it appeared the person who assaulted him was already standing down or retreating after that fact. They would attempt to argue this to the absolute ends of absurdity for any law enforcement officer. The cammer did the right thing but maintaining his demeanor, reporting it and filing charges. He can now seek civil remedy against the agency as well.
@@Blooest Except it WAS safe to do so. The cross traffic was stopped for the entire beginning of the interaction, likely due to a green arrow for the traffic coming from cammers right. There was plenty of time to execute a safe turn after fully stopping at the red. I'm not saying the reaction from cammer wasn't excessive, but it was safe for the aggressor to make the turn.
