Is the light permanent? Like it will mess up the scene if we change it coz the details are in totally different color following the initial light right? (pls understand what i mean😭🤣)
Your animation skills make your art skills look 2 times better at least. Some time ago I thought that you can just zoom in to make this kind of effect, but then I realized that objects in front of you move way faster than objects that are far from you. That's the problem I always stumble upon making my animations
you just need to scale different layers to different sizes
for example
FG 300% to 100%
MG 200% to 100%
Character 150% to 100%
BG 100%
Try out mental canvas, u can do those 3d illusions there. Also if u want high quality, After effects is the best way for the method

what do you use to create the 3D animation at the start? Its super cool!
I think you can do this effect in any video editing software. You just need to seperate some parts of the painting and pan them with different timing to create an illusion of 3d
