Each person is different. I checked after every 30 minutes for up to four hours and it showed started off low, then up, then down, and finally after four hours was too high. 2 hours is not enough time. I always track new foods I eat to see how high after 4 hours because some foods take more time to spike high. So for me, it’s a no because 17 net grams of carbs and 14 grams of sugar in one cup (that over 4 teaspoons of sugar in one cup). Go to the channel “Best Diabetes”; that’s what helped me figure all this out. Hope it helps someone.

So exercise shortly after eating is beneficial on blood glucose levels, but it does not heal.

Anyways try other berries and improve insulin with an orange because it has good amount fiber.
Orange juice has little to no fiber regardless of labels.

there are many varieties of blueberriesost of them loaded with carbs and pesticides.I would definitely redo the test especially with wild vs cultivated.A healthy serving of typical store bought blueberries like 175g should cause a glucose spike. I personally feel it after consuming a standard container i think about 175g.I would eat one of these containers per day for consecutive weeks.I used the blueberries specifically to get an energy boost. But now I switched to strawberries as they have less sugar and much more vitamin C

I try to eat blueberries every day. I love em as a snack, but mostly eat them in my oatmeal. Any berry is actually good for us, but blueberries ARE THE SUPER FOOD!

I had oatmeal everyday for a year because I had a heart attack. Then once I wore a continuous glucose monitor, saw how oatmeal (no added sugar) spiked my glucose more than anything else. I eat eggs instead now. Doesn't touch my glucose.

@@jorykevinberger7047 hmmmm I’ve never heard that and you’re THE ONLY ONE I’ve heard saying oatmeal is not good for us. I don’t eat oatmeal EVERY DAY like you said you did, I eat it maybe two-three times a week AND definitely with blueberries. Btw, my comment was about blueberries, not oatmeal lol.

@@BAR55825I saw it myself on my continuous glucose monitor and then I looked it up and saw many studies, people with diabetes and videos about how oatmeal (grain) can spike glucose. Zero cholesterol is the selling point. But I’m realizing my heart attack was because I wasn’t aware I was insulin resistant. That said, I’m having a great experience with wild blueberries in particular, and kiwi with flax and ceylon cinnamon. My fasting post a cup of blueberries goes minimally a full point below where it was for hours (after 1.5hrs of eating).

Adding sugar, of any kind, to your blood, doesn't improve insulin sensitivity unless you've gone a LONG time without any form of carbohydrate for a long time.

Blueberries made you sugar level down!It happened to me and I was shocked.I try next day and the same-It made Dx lower. The same makes for me the red onion, the black or red olives, the avocado, and the garlic.
