Ingredients
Fennel seeds-4tbsp
Cardamom -1/2tbsp
Cloves-3/4tbsp
Cinnamon-4-5 small sticks
Mace-1
Nutmeg -small piece
Method
Dry roast each ingredients separately and make to fine powder .. Then strain and keep in a tight container

hello veena,
I used to visit your blog before. Ipol kurache ayullu youtube recipes refer cheyyan thudangeettu.
I tried most of vegetarian recipes , garam masala powder, veg/chicken biriyani's etc. ellam adipoli ayi vannu. masala alavekkam correct. Pls add some more snack recipes.
Today I'm going to try soya roast which i did before, but not roasted till black color. I will update you soon.
