- Garam masala is a mix of most popular Indian spices such as fennel seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, mace etc. It is the base flavour of most of the India dishes. This video is about the recipe of home made Garam Masala. Please try it and let me know your feedback.

ഇതിൽ കറുവപട്ടയുടെ അളവ് ഇത്തിരി കൂടുതലും, ഏലക്ക, ഗ്രാമ്പൂ ഇത്തിരി കുറക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് നല്ലതെന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. കാരണം അതിന്റെ oversmell മറ്റ് മസാല ഐറ്റംസിന്റ flavour കിട്ടാത്താക്കും. പട്ട ഇത്തിരി കൂടുതൽ ഇട്ടാൽ നല്ല perfect smelling flavour കിട്ടും. (പലർക്കും വ്യത്യസ്ഥ ഇഷ്ടങ്ങൾ ആവാം..)

Hi Shaan! Preferably try to dry roast the harder, bigger spices seperately since the smallest spice here the fennel seeds will get burnt or the cinnamon and star anise may not roast perfectly
