While I follow your recipes, felt it only proper to add the following. As far as possible try and use Cinnamon instead of Cassia as it has Coumarin which is not good health-wise. Secondly, remove the outer skin of cardomom as very high content of pesticides are used on the pods. Just a suggestion only

I used cinnamon shaving from our cinnamon tree. Though actual method of taking cinnamon is different ( to get curled ones)

As a pharmacognosist..i hav to agree..both are valid points👌👌i always use the cardomom aftr removing the skin...and true about cinnamon too..jnfact cassia is used as an adulterant for cinnamon
I follow your many recipes which are excellent ones. Let me point out that you could have given the ingredient details in the description box instead of as a long passage in the transcription. In order to find out the ingredient details we have to go through all your printed conversation before getting to the ingredients or again and again through your video. Hope as a responsible youtuber you will be more helpful to the subscribers. It's a pity that viewers do this for you.
