    The best Chicken Roast recipe!!!!! I tried your technique of putting the chicken in the brine and then marinating it in spices. I didn't have enough time to soak it for 12 hours, so just did 4 hours. And still, OMG my chicken roast has never been so better, juicy and succulent, perfectly cooked till the bone. WOW the brine technique plus slow cooking is magic!!! Many thanks to you!! Christmas dinner turned out just the best!! 👌👌👌😍

    Amazing recipe! I tried this for Christmas this year and everyone loved it! - the flavors were beautiful and the chicken was tender. I also made a red wine sauce with chicken and veg juices and it was a brilliant pair. Thank you so much!

    • @chefnehalkarkera
      @chefnehalkarkera  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Should work, just make sure to salt it but heavy as the chicken will absorb a lot of the salt , so keep the salt more in the marinade, try to marinade in the fridge for at least 2-3 hrs

      Thank you. @@chefnehalkarkera I actually tried it out this recipe for Christmas yesterday and it was turned out to be quite the hit. I think the extra hours in the wet brine might've helped the chicken cook faster since I had to lower the temperature to 200 degrees and cook it only for about 15 mins following the hour long low heat cook. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Looking forward to more of your recipes!

    I really hate these videos where the cooks talk their asses off instead of just doing the dish already! I just skip past all the annoying blablablablaaaaaa! to get to the actual recipe! I most enjoy those cooking videos that have NO talk, no music, only the cooking sounds (or not) & the steps just printed on the screen as the dish is being made! More of those, I say! If ur looking for a recipe, ur looking for a recipe! Not entertainment! Thanks anyway, skipped to the recipe & ffwd'd thru all the talking! Actually, switched to silent! Just switched the sound back on for the veggies! Which look so pretty with the chicken. Don't have all those ingredients, so will have to compromise
