Ok so I made this today and wow it turned out so good! Absolutely brilliant recipe and all the tips were spot on for adding flavour to the roast. This is going on my regular recipe list now!!! A BIG thank you 🙏
i made this, and i turned the sauce/jus at the end in the pan into gravy by adding 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 cups of water (stir on hob until no lumps and reduce to the right consistency). best gravy and chicken i've ever had! so lemony 🍋

Made this for friends who were visiting. To be honest I wasnt sure of the marinade but it was is spot on! I added some garlic powder and spatchcocked the chicken. I grilled it because was running out of "gas"😅 and had a bed of roasted potatoes with thyme in the lower rack.. it all was heavenly. Thank you so much!
