Hot tip for the future, when you're showing your build and come to the legendary item pieces, after clicking the item you might want to scroll down to where it shows the Legendary affix, so we can SEE what the heck it does to your spells lol. I mean that's the whole reason for showing the piece in the first place :P Fun build tho for sure! ;)
I’m definitely going to try this, mine is similar. I use Sacred Chains instead of Falling Sword and I use the same sets usually 2 pc shalbas 4 pc glooms. The essences I use are: Head-Questor’s Main Chest- Iron Suzerain Shoulders- Immuring Chains Pants- Permanent Reproach (imo) Weapon- N/A at the moment Shield- Gimcrack Buckler I’ve played wizard since the beginning and it took me a month now to finally see results in PvP but it is totally possible. I get 5 kill streaks every day and I only have 2k rez in the BGs with Tier 2 and 3 wings so that should tell you it works.
Thank you for sharing your build. Block is capped at 20% for pvp so you don't really benefit off hardened stances since you could already reach near max from reforge passive + equipment properties+ warband protector room. New passives sound promising, adding burn to sacred fire and the blind to condemn. Looking forward to trying it when I get the new passives.
The Blind effect for condemn with new shield ( Blinding Wall ) is much better to equip then Gimcrack Buckler Shield. As for the Bristle, I like to have the forward movement with Punish when attacking but I haven't ever tried Sacred fire for Bristle on PVP, sounds very interesting going to look into it further. On another note for this build what I do know is the max essence for Bristle which is 90% Bonus damage is going to be INSANE!!!! I can't wait to have essence maxed out. I'm currently at 60% buff on bristle and it's bonkers but at 90%..............😱 Thanks for the comment really appreciate it !!!
You're build is the first one I've seen that's close to mine that's awesome. I'm about the same res as you but ranked with the 2k res players on my server so the build is definitely effective. One thing to note is hard censure isn't a stun, it's an interrupt, and though it may be a small difference it will matter if your build specifically needs a stun.
would like to ask regarding 2pc feasting baron set. Have you tested it thoroughly and does it really increase cc duration, or merely the ability itself?
Np, Go with the 4 Piece Feasting Barons for the 20% DAMAGE FROM ALL SOURCES with 2 Piece Gloomguide set and yes the Stuns Last longer it seems like. I've used this build many times in pvp and when I started using Feasting Barons 4 piece, definitely am seeing a positive difference including the a longer stun slightly. Thanks for the question
Monks cant be stun when they have shield and they got high reso, players who invest in high resistance stat and got family bonus resist stun can get away very fast depends also on your potency, players who use heartstone legendary gem and got shield can also reduce the effectiveness of this build . But cc builds in general are very good in PVP. You can further increase the effectiveness of the stun by using 2 pc baron set and chip of stone gem. Thanks for the info.
Yes Monks are quite strong with that shield and sometimes can't see them jumping in, but in my experience with this build it definitely can go toe to toe with any monk as long as you use your skills ( invincibility & stuns ) at right time. Also I've updated my set items for this build, which is 2 Gloomguides set and 4 Feasting Barons Set. This is much better sets for this pvp build. Thanks for the comment really appreciate it!!!
I prefer the regular Falling Sword because it offers mobility but I'll have to look into trying Little Lance For Falling Sword more haven't tried it much but everytime I do I feel like you have to get past a [ Mine Field ] with Little Lance where as if you were to use Regular Falling Sword, you can Blink past that and directly beside the opponent or if needed you can blink out of battle running to safety. Bristle it's a bad choice for your build and does nothing. For this build use an essence that effects falling sword. Also try to get 4/6 mountbanks. You will way less squishy.

The longer stun duration and 20% extra damage from all sources for the 4 piece Feasting Barons set is too good to replace in my opinion but I haven't tried Mountebanks set at all actually but definitely will look into it. Why not use Little Lance for Falling Sword dash instead of Bristle? it's a horrible choice dude.
