About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.

Holy moly, I don't know if it was just that I hadn't been ready to hear some of this until now, or if this was just the perfect way to say these things for me to finally stop letting thoughts take over and say "but what about this, and what about that." But man, this just cut through those defenses and will be on my regular playlist to keep disarming those tendencies. Feel like I need to put it just listen to this one thing on repeat all day, lol!

Awesome! This is why it’s imperative to keep exposing yourself to inquiry or those who can point you past the ego structures, you can fill the soil but you can’t force anything, a lot of it comes down to timing.

Here's awareness. Intuited, if not visible. A mystery. A given. On the other hand there's attention. A modification of, not apart or different. Attention gets developed/in-formed in a biological/social setting. Attention 'produces' everything believed to exist...!! ...selves, identities, things, thoughts, relatedness, difference, separateness, minds, states of mind, emotions, memories. Collectively: 'dukkha' Yeah, baby!
So, the fewer the 'adventures' of/in attention, the more simple awareness . Since awareness knows attention, attention can be redirected, emptied, deconditioned. It's beliefs, goodies and dreads can be deconstructed. We can be responsible for its activities. That's all, folks. Go forth and awaken awareness! 😍

For years, I have said, "we are all ONE consciousness experiencing itself subjectively."
Who? The same consciousness that you and everyone else is. I'm not sure that it can be conceived, I feel like it is beyond what the human mind can grasp. However, _feeling_ into it can definitely clarify
It feels very innocent, direct, clear, and even um... liberating.

How could I possibly find out what consciousness/awareness is? It feels as if it’s baked into every single experience, sensation ,thought; in a way that shape and color are related: if something has a shape, it also has a color and vice versa. “The thousand things” and consciousness of them seem to be two sides of one and the same coin; at least in my experience. Dang, this question seems to be impenetrable; nowhere to get my foot in the door. 😅

  • @DPSAX95

question, what is it that makes some sensations seem (for example some behind the eyes) closer than other sensations or sounds ? I have no answer to that and not sure where to look, but when they are seen it is clear those are just stuff in awareness.

    That which is aware.
    = awarness= conciouseness = C1
C1 is intertwined within the fabric of this form called an organism/ human.
C1 is identified with everything that arises within the light of its awareness.
So awakening is C1 becoming aware of itself disidentfiying from this form ?? eventually cutting off completely and intertwining into another form.
Or is this form generating C1, millions of years of evolution to create the organism that would birth C1?

Hi Angelo, would you say it is useful to analyze past experiences/meditation, such as "what went 'wrong', what to improve" etc.?
I don't know if you cover this in your book (it hasn't arrived yet). Sometimes when a session lacks clarity, or is filled with resistance, I think about it later, trying to figure out what to improve, in terms of letting go, not interfering and so on. But since what I am thinking about is gone, it doesn't seem to make sense to think about it. It's like, on the one hand, there is nothing to improve and nothing to think about - I don't need to think about anything, and just surrender to the present, open myself to whatever is. On the other hand, it seems like if I don't examine these resistance patterns (that "prevent the Way from flowing without obstruction"), I keep feeding the same resistance patterns without even realizing it. So is it fruitful to think about a past experience, or is it enough to focus on the present? (And, on the next present-experience, just try to bring awareness to what is there...)
I hope to have worded this doubt clearly. Do you see what I mean? Thanks for your attention :)

    • @SimplyAlwaysAwake
      @SimplyAlwaysAwake  ปีที่แล้ว +2

Generally no. It’s not necessary to reflect on previous experiences including meditation.
