    When the question was asked 5 hours ago, my body reacted with total fear. Where am I ? 'I' was nowhere but there was an ocean of fear. The only thought that arose was your voice saying 'stay there'. The fear was noticed with curiosity as vague images of fear being my companion since I was 4 yrs old arose. It seemed like years of fear gently left my body. I say gently because there was no 'me' to fear what were just sensations as energy moved through the body. Much gratitude Angelo for guiding me through this, to this, freedom

      I have never heard of someone having a similar experience as a child, as I did. Only recently did I connect this fear, or even dread, to be possible to solve with spiritual practices. Thanks for sharing!

    I listened to this on my way home from work yesterday and something fell away for the first time. It was like a snowball. My intellect said, “this is perfect for me” and then suddenly it was like “of course it is, all of it is” and I almost stopped on the side of the road because the flow of life was perfect in all of the infinite facets of arising passing away. Life is SO WEIRD hahaha thank you, Angelo

    So, so good! It's so useful -- the opposite of frustrating -- that you very generously HAND US these pointers, and then, even take us by the hand and walk us right up to the gate, and invite us to take the next, easy, obvious step. I've spent much of the morning admitting to myself of my deep instinct to see myself as an ego structure within which is awareness, within which are thoughts and perceptions. When I'm directly asked "Where am I?" the ONLY thing that presents itself is awareness -- there simply is no ego structure, no matter how relentless is my instinct to act as if there is. Thanks for such EFFECTIVE help.

    'Where am I' has always been the question for me that's immediately stirred something deep and led to instant experience of unbound consciousness for some reason. It's very strange how some question stir something and some do not

    About a month or two ago I had an experience of no self and it absolutely terrified me. All there was was the visual field, sounds sensations. I want to end my life long suffering but I’m selfish in that “I” want to still be there when the suffering is gone. I can lead my self back to that place with your videos but I’m scared to disappear again.

      I wouldn’t worry about the insight of no self at this point. Just focus on self inquiry/ realizing I Am sense. Using playlists on consciousness, inquiry and awakening approaches.

    I just want to share an experience i had recently while i was eating dinner (sorry for my English)...so, from one moment to another, i didn't feel located while i was eating, instead, i feel i was the space in the whole room, like a panoramic view but seeing my self in the cene too, then i just laughed...i don't know how to explain it best than this, it just last a few seconds, i don't know what was that but it came to my mind now i watching this video...btw, I'm started reading your book (in Spanish!) because i love your videos, thanks for all you do❤️

    That is just beautiful Angelo! The intimacy you always talk about came to be. There was a sort of darkness and focus about it, but at the same time expansive. It’s funny I’ve had the beginnings of this before but always dismissed it as my eyes playing tricks, but this is so much more than visual.
    Thanks so much for all you do. 🙏❤

    ANGELO: Thank you! Another great video. I have always been curious of how “awakening” and non-duality have affected your feelings and beliefs around life after death? I dont know your personal life (i.e., married, children, siblings, etc), but does being “awakened” make you believe that when we physically die, that we will no longer “know” our loved ones ever again? I have this fear that if I ever come to experience this unbound consciousness, etc., that I will come to realize that the relationships and love we experience with our loved ones on this physical “plane” will just vanish after physical death, and that I will never know them again. I dont know if that is true or what you believe, but feel like I would be very depressed living the rest of my life knowing that might be the case (as opposed to now where I dont “know” any better). Probably not explaining this well, but would love a video hearing your thoughts on life and the afterlife and how it may have changed since your spiritual awakening.

    Angelo I have been inquiring and meditating a lot recently and my body has been experiencing a lot of anxiety after the meditation. I have also been getting a lot of negative memories from my past. Is there solution to this or is this apart of the process?

      Hello, Gin,
      I don’t know if you’ve read Angelo’s book, but it includes brilliant and thorough explanation of how fears and old painful memories can come up in the space opening up through meditation, inquiry, and insight.
      It’s natural and central to the process, and it sounds like it’s unfolding naturally for you.
      Yes, it can be unsettling, but in a way it’s the hidden gold in all this!
      Best of luck to you.

      I find that observing the resistance to emotions and thoughts to be quite fruitful. When I illuminated through observation, the one that hated anxiety and wanted it to go, a Space opened up where the anxiety was allowed to be. I shifted to the Space and not the object, "anxiety", within that Space. The suffering transmuted into Peace.

      I might suggest focusing on the consciousness playlist to soften the push/pull reaction with thoughts and memories. Give it some time.

    I lose you midway. It feels like I am here, but here feels like the body, or somewhere behind the eyes but not behind the head, so the reaching out continues to those sensations that are taking the vantage point of the subject. When looked upon they become objects and when It becomes evident that those are just sensations, then the answer to "where am I" becomes another sensation and so on... it's like chasing a mirage in a hall of mirrors.

    • @jameskerr3257
      @jameskerr3257 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I feel the same way! At somewhat of an intellectual level it makes sense, but it is so abstract and intangible to me. I just cant seem to ever “get it”.

    • @DPSAX95
      @DPSAX95 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jameskerr3257 I really don't know, there have been times that it was narrowed down to a tiny spot, always somewhere in or around the head but no matter how much I keep calmly investigating it, there is no further opening up or dissolving the sense of an observer.

    Trust. When the illusion of running an on-going disaster control gets seen in all its piled strategies, defences, tactics and panic, and its belief that this busyness at the helm, pushing and pulling, arranging and spying, has some efficacy is dropped, there is the heart of Trust revealed. The Trust is larger than our perceived surrender to it.🪷
