  • Check this out! Keen to use the extra dead storage space in your ute tailgate? In this video we install the Huracan Fabrication Isuzu Dmax Tailgate Storage mod.
The Isuzu Dmax tailgate has a capacity for a large amount of storage. Despite all the space available in modern utes, there often isn't any great location for small kit that you don't want just floating around your tub such as 4wd recovery equipment and first aid gear.

    😀 About VideoShowMeHow
    -----------------------------------------------
    ⏩ Where did this start?
I really enjoy tinkering with different projects - they usually require a whole bunch of research and learning along the way. It's satisfying on doing a thing and standing back and going 'Yeah! Totally did that!'. I had a bunch of mates asking 'how did you know how to do that?' and 'I couldn't never do that myself so I thought; I need to start something where I can help others that might be thinking the same thing :)
⏩ What will you find here?
The purpose is simply to make these videos as top quality and helpful as I can. They will always be free, there's ZERO agenda and the only motive is to try and upload what I would want to watch to help with that particular project. I'm also keen to keep building this little community and will try to answer all questions when asked - fire away :)
    ⏩ What's with the gloves?
Not after any TH-cam fame here which is why I'm not in the vids - they're not about me they're about the how-to! I used the gloves for the first couple of projects I filmed which just happened to be messy ones and it kinda just became a thing. Plus adds a little more personality I guess :)
New videos are being uploaded regularly so if there's something you'd like to see, have Questions and/or Comments drop me a line.
    Cheers guys.

Looks good. I thought struts can be adjusted by a professional, worth looking into. Or, try stabilus in Melbourne and give them the measurements of the struts you have and see what they have to build new ones and what strength needed, i just did it with my EGR load shield now that I have maxtrax and a roof basket etc on it. Made in Melbourne and quick turn around. I want to see someone fit one of these with the EGR dust defence kit, think it won’t work unfortunately.

I was wondering if they have a rear rack which you could fit your spare tire under. This will allow top of the rack to use for max trax, solar panel etc.
Also spare tyre would be ove wheels and allow long range tank under tray rear.

Great install Video. I will be interested to see how this goes. I have seen a few Amarok ones that have dented tailgates. They sit very close to the outside skin of the tailgate & when you stand on the tailgate or put a fair amount of weight on it loading the back of the ute up, it dents from the inside out.

    • @VideoShowMeHow
