He said "Make a system where 85% of black people fill the prison" and then went on to cite division. While there is an implication of statistics with the "but it seems like it's division" line the bigger point is that black people have systematically had their families, schools, communities and lives destroyed by poor decision making... and the biggest of those poor decisions was allowing government assistance to replace Fatherhood and family.
These assistances provided by government and those in charge sound benevolent; feeding the hungry, providing housing, providing healthcare... but it has, in practice, destroyed the need for family and the role of the father. It has caused so much damage, specifically in the Black community, that many of us worry that it was malevolent in design in order to keep black people subservient and that 'division' was engineered. All strong communities and countries start with strong families and that opportunity is being torn away from black people by 'woke' people that think black people can't make it without their help.

Definitely will said. Don't forget about the Native Americans who live in a socialist country within this country. I can say that because I'm from Pine Ridge. Where we don't have clean running water. Hell some places don't even have running water. Some still live with blue tarps for shelter. Government assistance isn't always there. $3800 a year average income the grandmothers and grandfathers are taking care of their children's children because the mothers and fathers are nowhere around. Those kids because they're wanting to be part of the game I found tied to trees hanging from Bridges in the Badlands. Just remember those woke people don't care about them unless it fits their narrative. And that's the way it's been ever since we were put on the reservations. You think it's bad in some places where you smoke a little bit of weed and it's a misdemeanor go to a reservation where it's a felony. Everybody tells us that we're drunk Indians but that's the only thing that we can get and that's the legal there also. You find booze on a reservation that's a felony. So I don't know what a lot of people are complaining about when they have electricity, running water a home.

I would love to point out, in Adam's defense here, That there is a huge difference between loving your country and loving the government. They do NOT go hand in hand. This is the point, where y'all stopped after Adam's verse. He defends the flag because he believes in and will protect the foundation of this country, the rights we have, and the people in it. Politicians on the other hand... The government is completely out of control and needs to be reigned in, but we cannot do that if we're at each-others throats. Please, Be pissed at the government, I am too, but don't let that blind you to the true feelings of the people. I noticed the body language y'all used when sore subjects were touched on, but I assure you, in my position, I feel very much the same as both of these men, and agree with pretty much everything they've said. That said, please keep in mind that we all have something to learn from each-other, and none of our mindsets are right, nor are they completely wrong. Also bear in mind, that the people in this country are not what the government wants you to think that they are, we ARE in this together, (or should be.) Do not mistake the fact that Tom and Adam point out issues in order to add to them.. The ugly truth of the matter for some is that we as a people need to hear all sides of the story so we can have a conversation and put these issues to bed and move forward as a unified nation. A unified people... Y'know, the one thing that our corrupt and EVIL government fears more than anything, and goes to extreme lengths to ensure that they never have to contend with.... True, Tom and especially Adam, say a lot of stuff that's hard to hear, Both of them have said stuff that I personally didn't like much, but the resulting fact is much the same for me. They do this so we might be able to see that we're all fucked up in our own regard, Show us what needs addressing, so that we can fix it, then set that aside those differences, and actually stand together as a unified people and take our country back from the treasonous criminals that have oppressed every single one of us. We are ALL in this together, it's time we start acting like it, and not shutting down when we hear stuff we don't want to hear.. It's no different than the current cancel culture. I do agree with the man in the back, I think we all need more positivity in this world, but we also need more people willing to take responsibility for changing the bad things into something better for the people who will inherit the world from us. Life is not all Sunshine and Rainbows, we do have to roll our sleeves up and do the work, to enjoy the benefits, believing otherwise is just arrogant and wrong. Peaceful times, create Weak Men. Weak men create Hard times. Hard times create Strong men. Strong men create peaceful times. And so the cycle goes. We're on the precipice of Hard times, coming from Peaceful times, who will you be? I may be just inserting my own beliefs into his words but I think Adam’s line was referring to the fact that there are different excuses depending on whose viewpoint you find yourself aligned with. So rather than actually fixing the problem we just keep throwing out excuses.
When he says prisons are 80% black we aren’t actually looking at any other data than that, like where are those prisons located and what’s the population breakdown. One side tries to explain it all away as pure racism and white privilege, while the other side says it’s only bad decisions and division while the truth is somewhere in the middle.
That’s my opinion, which is mostly meaningless.

Wondering what everyones opinion is on this, I'm from Jackson Mississippi and not sure if anyone knew but it's been on major news out water supply failed completely and nobody has water. The state like many Southern states are Republican lead but our capital, Jackson is Democratic lead. I personally don't identify with either "side" I think both have some nice ideas and some frankly idiotic ideas .Jackson is majority black 82.4% to white 15.4% Hispanic 1.3% and the leaders we vote in year after year after year for the last 3 decades have neglected the water issues . Jackson won a lawsuit a while back for 90 million and was to be used for the water.infrastructure annnnnnnnnnnd.....nothing. Where did the money go? Our mayor says there is no money and we need help and a lot of people are saying they intentionally caused all this to happen to get the federal government to pay for the issue. The mainstream news says the failure was caused by historical and racist disinvestment in the majority-Black city, and has been a long time coming. I'm from here so no idea why I'm asking here I suppose I would know more but the info is so tainted I have no idea what's up and what's down nowadays so I guess I'm just curious...LOVE THE VIDEO!

The pro slaves were already getting hounded by anti slavers and the slavers in the South wanted blacks to be considered to be counted in the census so they could have more electoral votes and representation in Congress therefore having more influence over the presidency, who is supposed to enforce constitutional laws. The anti-slavery did not want to go along with this because this would give more power to the people who want to keep slaves and to remember that only landowners could vote in those day.
1828 white suffrage and the beginning of the Democratic Party. Democratic party was about people and state rights, but do remember that 98% of whites in the South could not read or write and it was controlled like a police state because of fear of runaway slaves.
Pro-slavery were very wealthy and had more money they were able to get one of their Founders as president in 1829 seventh president of the United States Andrew Jackson, he was also responsible for the Trail of Tears 1831.
The white suffrage that was pushed by Pro slavers in 1828 to my knowledge the first racist and misogynist law passed, before that time you had to be a landowner to vote and a landowner would be married and have children to pass on his legacy and to survive as a family( your family was your retirement). So one vote would come from that family of landowner but the white suffrage law in 1828 allowed only "white" "male" who were not just white but males only, could vote if they did not have land.

Just a little insight of why we are seeing so many different changes in this country and where it actually comes from.

Remember the slavers came together and 1828 because the Whig party was discussing freeing the slaves because of the Bill of Rights and Constitution but the slave owners thought otherwise. So they came together to create their own party known as Democrats(mob rule system) and in 1853 a anti-slavery activist(Republic is the actual style of are government) started the Republicans, and in 1861 Lincoln came the first Republican president and the Civil War started after the Democrats in the South receded While others Democratic states were slowly receding with them.
The Democrats never freed the slaves and after the Civil War they created Jim Crow and the Ku Klux Klan as well as adopted socialism(Democrats praised Hitler for Rising Germany from the ruins. And the Democrats sympathized with his country in Ruins because the South went through a similar fate 50 years before, the Civil War.) after World War I and really pounded on the idea of social programs after World War II.
The Republicans were against social programs and they were called racist for this and this is where we can hear about the great switch.
Russell Means a Lakota Native American that passed away in 2012 wrote books about as well spoke in Congress about socialism destroying the backbone of his people on reservations(Democrat implemented).
In black communities a mass of full service bills and laws were implemented to separate father's from family as well as pushing social programs to make the residents Reliant on them.
Racism was kept alive through segregation, redlining and policies pushed by Democrat politicians(while pretending to be on their side).
