They are brand new NAPA wires, but they very well could be. I just reset the timing, was only 5 btc, reset to 10 btc... when grabbed the dist cap it bit me.... readjusted the carb, checked the plug gap, at .035. If it still stumbles or misses I might just build a set of wires.

3.70. I have two T85. 3 speed transmissions with R11 Overdrive units that a good friends is going to rebuild for me this winter. One will go in this truck! I am hoping to road trip around 20 MPG..
I think it's a great idea. Second year for the twin I Beam front end, ford 9 inch out back. You can do as little or as much work as you want to. Find one with a little rust as possible. Love my 66!

What engine you hiding under the hood , a 350 4 bolt main 4 barrel carb
A mid 70s 5.0. All ford. I have a T85 3 speed with R11 overdrive to get rebuilt and install. 3.70 rear gear. Shooting for 20 mpg!
