How To: Install Google Play Store on HUAWEI-MatePad Pro

- For 2weeks now I’ve been using this HUAWEI-MatePad Pro. For school work it has no issues but since Huawei App gallery doesn’t have all the apps might as well install Google Play store in this device. Been through a lot of APK’s in the net and instructions on TH-cam and not everything works. So I decided to make this video to make things easier for you.. by the ways the APK link I got is from Earl Chin..
Here are the steps:
1.make sure your Matepad Pro is up to date
2.if you already installed APK’s and Apps might as well reset your device to factory reset.

Hi, Have the apps been able to update ever since you did this back in July? Are you running into any sort of trouble with Google Play authenticating the apps you've installed or anything of that sort? Also, would the matepad be able to receive Android updates with the side loaded GMS?

Hii Ms Charmaine, I'm stuck at the point of your video 6:27. once I installed every APK in the tablet and tap to open google PlayStore and tap sign-in, the sign-in button doesn't function, don't pop out anything like you do.

Set the date on date before google banned huawei. It was around sept 2019.

it's better if you.reset it, and yes you connect it to your laptop to get the file

hi Han - i had an issue i have a mate Pad 10.4 and i tried your way that works fine till i noticed that the files i am restoring is only 4 MB not 67MB as the size you resotored and then the G program is not functioning

Hmm I havd tried 8 times to install Google apps, follow your instructions step by step but it's still doesn't work. When I try to sign in my Google play store then it's saying "The device isn't Play Protect certified." Pls someone can tell me how should I fix this problem?? Thank you!

I'm looking into purchasing a Matepad Pro over Galaxy Tab S7 Pro because the latter is expensive. I'm happy that you have this tutorial video. My dilemma though is if the Matepad Pro would still still receive software and firmware updates after installing GPS. If it will, then I buy a Matepad Pro.
