Does ticking cow and calf count as one, or two, head? Driver's tell me its one, but head count should be 2? Why isn't this addressed.

I can confirm that it counts as ONE head due to the fact they have been sold as a pair. Although for clarity if you wish you may select calves or cows individually to enter the exact number.
